What diet when low-carbing with disturbed stomach?

I have been low-carbing for a few months. And once in a while it looks like everything gets a little stuck in my digestive system. Needless to say I eat lots of vegetables, lettuce, etc. I suspect I have been eating too many nuts?

In any case, is there a low-carb way of putting my stomach back on track? Without going on a bread/potato/rice diet...

Thanks for any advice.
 
Psyllium husk works for me. Hot drink first thing is good, too.
 
I'm taking 1.5g of Vitamin C twice a day (to help iron absorption), and have noticed a marked improvement in that area too.
