I'll see if I can watch this once back home and not on my phone.
Positive euthanasia stories never depress me.
It was only last year that I found out our countries are very different when it comes to euthanasia, and I was very much shocked to hear that what is accepted in my country is completely different in the UK.
Aunt and I had a lovely day, leisurely waking up with coffee, tea, cute tiny eggs from our chickens.
Then off for an hour long drive through the countryside for a late lunch. I brought my own LC bread but the place was so understaffed I didn't have the heart to make things more complicated. Besides, their bread was absolutely heavenly and I'd already decided diabetes could take the back burner during this weekend.
I had an amazing smoked salmon sandwich with one slice of bread, took the other slice of bread with me in case of a hypo later on.
I know my aunt would have loved to rent a boat, but getting in and out of one just isn't realistic anymore.
What joy to find a small bike ferry over the lake, perfect for her wheelchair! We had our little boat trip still!

With the late lunch, a simple evening meal sufficed, cheese, crackers and cashews, all brought by my aunt who shares my love for good cheese and cashews.
