"What have you eaten" Parallel Chat

Slightly better again today! I've decided not to repot the damson as it's already broken dormancy but I will top dress it and feed it well until after it's flowered and hopefully fruited this year. I will plant the potatoes today if all goes well, but as I need to mix up some home made compost for them that might take all day.

Porridge for breakfast, crumpets for lunch as long as I'm keeping moving, ready meal for tea (I bought a load of them in my online shop because I'm poorly and haven't felt like cooking).

The hug is for still feeling poorly but it should be a winner for the horticulture.

Breakfast: scrambled egg on a small pancake. Tea. Feeling now as though I shouldn't have eaten at all but needs must.

2nd meal will have to be the chicken and veg that I roasted on Thursday. Should have put it in the freezer but forgot everything and gave in to feeling yukky and did nothing at all yesterday. So it will have to be used even if I still don't want food.

A bit low on the fluids these last 2 or 3 days. Maybe that's the problem. Must make the effort to drink more today.

I've come in for a rest and realised I am done for the day now - I ended up taking all this time just to assemble the new wheelbarrow I bought to mix compost in. I thought it would be a 10 minute job, but these things never are!

The potatoes will be fine going in next week, because I have just noticed a job that I absolutely have to do tomorrow - I need to clear up the heaps of shame where I dumped things in the garden to deal with later, and now it's later (like, 2 years later). It's become urgent because they are in the shady corner of the garden where I couldn't really grow anything... but now the neighbour's huge leylandii that was responsible for the shade has been cut down! I'm so happy because it's made a large area usable again.

So, that's the plan for tomorrow, time for a quick shower now and then I'll have my ready meal. Not the healthiest but I still don't feel like cooking.
