Hi Deejay.I did NOT eat a slice of the spelt bread I made in the machine for Mrs DeeJay ay her request.
Although it smelt delicious I rushed to the freezer and defrosted the last three little phoopsie squares I was keeping for an emergency.
Loads of butter applied.
Craving appeased.

I was going to say yes but to be honest looking at my records from last year I'm confused because I was still eating stuff I don't now. Maybe I'll try the spelt bread by itself.

6.15pmTea: Roast pork loin, 4 steamed veg, onion gravy, roast parsnip, Bramley apple sauce.
