Ah welcome to the avocado club! Do give them a try baked and stuffed - very tasty!Brunch was a 3 egg omelette made with cream cheese. The filling was chorizo, spring onions and a mix of cheddar & mozzarella.
Mid afternoon I had my first ever avocado. Delicious! I just squeezed over a little lemon juice and ate it with a spoon. I'll be having more of them for sure!
Evening meal was sea bass fried in butter with side salad.
Just under 1400 calories the lot, 17g carb and I'm stuffed!
Stuffed with what? I can't decide if it's sweet or savouryAh welcome to the avocado club! Do give them a try baked and stuffed - very tasty!
Surely it's too early in the year for scarecrow displays? Thought they happened around harvest time?!Hello everybody
B. Raspberries and 2 tiny slices Sukrin bread with butter
L. 2 rashers bacon, a sausage, a fried egg, half a tomato and mushrooms.
D. Roast chicken thighs with mushrooms, onion and a courgette cooked in olive oil in oven.
I wouldn't usually have two cooked meals but I have walked most of the afternoon as I went to see the village scarecrow display at Muston which was brilliant.
I always go savoury having tried chocolate mousse made with avocado and finding it not very pleasant! Give it a try though, you may like it! Try stuffing with tuna mayo, olives and spring onions and top with mozzarella, or cooked bacon and brie. Think of it like a jacket potato and try the sorts of things you would put on top of that.Stuffed with what? I can't decide if it's sweet or savoury

Hi @liam1955 I'm not sure what your question means. Please clarify so that we can give you some advice. For breakfast ate a plum and a Banana. For lunch 2 slices of brown toast with butter spread on it. For evening meal 2 slices of brown toast with butter spread and rhubarb/ginger jam. Followed by 4 rice crackers. What do others eat when will?
