NY cheesecakeB: 2 x Fried Eggs, 3 x bacon, mushroom & tomato
L: smoked makerel pate with celery sticks, and 2 beetroot falafels
D: roast pork belly, cauliflower mash, green beans and sautéed cabbage
Later will be a slice of homemade NY cheesecake (maybe two)
It all depends on where you are right now, what do you want to achieve and your personal circumstances and preferences.
Some people can eat about 100 a day, some others between 50-70, some choose to eat less than 30 or less than 20. It all varies from person to person.
I stay below 30-20grms a day but I have a lot of weight to lose.
