Luuuurve celeriac...don't seem to get much for your carbs though!
I did it cubed and roasted in an actifry - because it dehydrates you don't seem to get much, but it tastes lovely. I added a little onion powder and rosemary...delishNew to celeriac. Made remoulade from a Nigel Slater recipe - delicious! Then tried celeriac mash from The Big Book of Low Carb Recipes - liked it the first time I made it but thought it was yucky the second.
I agree! We are planning a curry night for tomorrow. My son has a packet of poppadums. Fortunately there are no carbs or calories in food stolen from a child's plateI love reading what people eat. It's like eating double helpings, virtually.
Breakfast scrambled eggs
Lunch 12g cheese , nectarine 2/3rds of medium one as that's all that would fit with cheese in pot.
Dinner chicken curry, Gujerati cabbage and carrot , red onion, dollop yogurt, small poppadum and half an onion bajhia.

How do you do your Gujerati chicken Ethyl?
I'm doing chicken tikka tomorrow evening (was sort of going to do it tonight, but want to do a decent 24 marinating), and I'm going to do some pakora, with gram flour. The gram flour will be a new food (well, newly tested since diagnosis) for me, so fingers crossed.
