What have you eaten today?

Well, that was a pleasant surprise.

This morning I fancied something different from breakkers. Eventually, I settled on Greek yoghurt, Lidl, Low Fat as the additional carb is negligible and I prefer it (Have you tried it @Susiespearish ?), with my little bit of bran, then a few drops of orange extract. I can't find any nutritional information on it, so I'm reckoning it must be negligible, if very oily. But at a couple of drops, it's unlikely to make any material difference.

Yum, you, it's now in my tum. :D
 
Bacon, mushroom omelette tomato
Lunch 12g cheese, 2 sloces corned beef
Dinner roast chicken. Stir fry of garlic, ginger, splash soy. Onion, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, beansprouts. Dollop of cheese curry sauce.
Small portion leftover crumble and Greek yogurt.
 
Livlife with peanut butter x 2

Burger minus bun & salad

Cheese salad

Water & 2 coffee (decaff)
 
Bacon and scrambled eggs, coffee x 2
Ham and cream cheese salad
Cheeseburger in lettuce, half tomato, ketchup and mayo
Pork crackling
Turkish yoghurt, straws, nuts

I feel some jelly coming on....best make a batch!

Breakfast quorn sausage, rasher bacon and 1 scrambled egg
Lunch on hoof- sausage swirl from deli and 1 sq dark chocolate
dinner chill con carne, salad, cheese and jalapenos
May have some strawbs later and bit of greek yogurt

Som Tam, small slice of cheese (helps cool my mouth off) and pack of posh pork scratchings

Not drank enough water today
Pudding undecided, or may skip

Cheeseburger, lettuce, diet coke

Lemon mug cake, cream, coffee

Doner, lettuce, coleslaw, toms, diet coke

Turkish yoghurt with seeds.
 
Breakfast - was made with my latest toy -a nutribullet ( fun to use but but I suspect any blender would do ) - koko coconut drink,2 tsp coconut oil,1 healed tsp green & blacks cocoa,1 tsp maca powder,1/4 tsp stevia, 2 tsp shelled hemp seeds, 2 tsp flaxseeds ( luvverly it was)

Lunch - a piece of black pepper goats cheese with a couple of walnuts

Dinner - is going to be stir fried veggies in coconut oil

Snack 1 - small tin of tuna with chilli

Snack 2 - a piece of 100% dark chocolate - expensive but delicious

lunch. Veg soup, boiled egg.
dinner. Sausage casserole, cabbage
 
Breakfast scrambled egg bacon
Lunch slice turkey, 12g cheese portion and a small nectarine
dinner lamb chops, garlic baked mushrooms and green beans

2 boiled eggs 3 slices of soldiers ( white bread, what a mistake) @ 3 hrs was 9.5 after a long walk and some housework back at 5.2 pre dinner

Beef and greens with garlic and oyster sauce
Few strawbs, blueberries and cream
 
Hi all,

Holiday food is a mixed blessing!

Scram egg, dry cure bacon (heavenly) and an oatcake (the pancake style)
Steak pie :( Med veg, peas and beans and a few chips
Chicken in garlic and herb crust, cherry toms, coleslaw and peppers
Berries n cream
 
egg scrambled in butter with cheese
leaves with german salami (bierwurst), tbsp of homemade coleslaw, 2cherry toms celery and cheese, 2 square 90% chocolate
cheeseburger, kale, 1 90% choc
coffee with double cream X 5
handful of blackberries off the bush
