@Brunneria - I have found a new slow cooker recipe involving ham hocks, which I'm going to try in the next couple of days. If it's any good, I'll let you know, so that you can try it when you finish your pulled pork. :)

Haha!

Beat you to it. Way back when I was less LC, I made a fab dish very loosely based on a hairy bikers ham in orange juice thing.

Basically, I threw 2 ham hocks into the slow cooker with a stock cube and a litre of OJ.
A few hours later I threw in several chopped leeks.
A few hours later, I fished out the bones and we ate.

Mr B went out the next week and bought ham, leek and OJ and said 'make it again!'

I love it when he gets all macho and demanding.

How butch. That's all very hunter-gatherer, eh, what?

Science - try the Turkish yoghurt - it's AMAZING!!!! the one you got is good but Turk is better!

Sausage egg sf maple syrup coffee
Hamburger lettuce wrap, onions, diet coke
Low carb key lime pie coffee
Oriental pork soup
Tea
Dollop cream, sprinkle of hazelnuts chopped and melted choc. Didn't need it but wanted it! So lovely!

Breakfast scrambled egg
Lunch cheese portion and leftover almond crumble and creme Fraiche
Dinner out. Ended up meeting friends in Wetherspoons. No gammon on menu so had mixed grill which was nasty apart from sausage and lamb steak. Had few chips. ( more than I should as left most of meat)

Bacon, scrambled eggs, coffee
Burger lettuce, mayo, tomatoes, onion
Meatballs with courgetti.
Cinnamon mug cake and cream later.

Didn't measure carbs when I previously made meatballs and have a feeling I've gone over my 30g carb today.

Oh well!

X
"Courgetti" hahaha! I am going to steal that word :jimlad:

Mostly eating veg and paneer curry, cauli rice and ginger muffins this weekend.

B 2 egg omelette with cheese and bacon
Snack Black coffee and cream
L tiger king prawns
D scallops and prawns on the teppanaki grill with butter, followed by a lemon cheesecake I made this afternoon. It was so yummy.
I made up the Receipe:
Base: 1.5 cups almond meal or flour, chia seeds, butter and a small amount of sweetner. Mix together and cook base for 10 mins on high oven
Filling: 1 pack of cream cheese, cream, half cup, dissolved lemon diet jelly (before it is set). Mix together and pour onto base and let set. Sooo good!!!

B..smoked mackerel fillet. 2 boiled eggs
L..ham and salad with tex mex cheese grated over and dollop mayo
Supper. Roast chicken gravy and mixed veg with a dot of butter

Coffee with cream
Bacon and scrambled eggs
Peanut 9 bar for lunch
Two of these, (although I swapped the cream cheese for peanut butter) with some chai (tea bags, xylitol and cream, not that instant powdered toxic waste)

It'll be the latest batch of pulled pork for dinner, with an industrial quantity of sugarsnap peas, cos that's all we've got. And blueberries n cream

Can you tell we need a shopping trip? ;)

B yoghurt with few strawbs and teaspoon of oats
L 2 boiled eggs slice of ham a cheese stick & a nut ball
D was pulled chicken in homemade bbq sauce with homemade slaw and salad, it was delicious, but not diabetic friendly and I must of mistimed my insulin, pre I was at 6.1, must of ate too quick cos after 30 mins felt very strange, confused & sweaty and was on 3.3, not had a proper hypo for about a year and don't want to repeat either, very strange feeling!!

Sausages, egg, sf maple syrup coffee

Ham cream cheese salad with my dressing. Handful almonds

Pork crackling

Pepperoni 'pizzas' Turkish yoghurt and strawberries. Tea

Two squares dark choc

Was good obsessed today. Could've gone off the rails easily but stayed pretty much on track. Probably overboard with cals though but been busy with kids today not had a chance to calculate. Funny tho - having yoghurt after dinner kept me going so I didn't want anything in the late evening. Perhaps I need to eat slightly more at dinner...

2 scrambled eggs mixed with a little water, 10g of Kale, 20g of SPinach and 5g of chheddar.
Blitzed in a blender and microwaved for a couple of minutes.
Green eggs ... no ham. ;)

Breakfast 100g Greek yogurt with 6 small strawberries and 10g milled flaxseed
Lunch Egg mayo (2 eggs), 6 cherry toms, slice of my usual bread and butter
Tea will be a fry up with an egg, 3 rashers of bacon, loads of mushrooms (in butter), a microwaved vine tom, and 6 chips, maybe 7!

B 2 boiled eggs

L tin tuna with mayo and very small salad

D will be braised steak with small onion leeks and mushrooms. Done in slow cooker for 8 hours. With buttered greens
