Breakfast mushroom omelette
lunch hot cumberland meaty sausage off deli counter on the hoof
dinner pork loin chops done in cyder vinegar with bit of bramley apple and onions and sage, green beans, couple of those ft stumpy carrots, tbsp peas and 1tsp stewed apple.
 
Thought this would be a good way to steal some ideas!

I've had:
Breakfast: tinned mackerel on almond flour bread.
Snack: mixed nuts
Lunch: tuna salad, cheese and coleslaw
Tea: chicken and veg 5 spice stir fry
Breakfast:romaine lettuce,2 apples chopped up & half an orange all sprinkled with ground flaxseed & ground cinnamon.Slice of rye bread.
Lunch:red yellow & green peppers,cherry tomatoes,romaine lettuce,black beans,sweet potatoes(pepper & tomato sauce)
Dinner:romaine lettuce,sweet potatoes(pepper & tomato sauce),cauliflower,broccoli,slice of rye bread.Water
 
B- pot of Greek yoghurt with black currents ( didn't like it so then ate my emergency flak 9bar
L- tuna salad small pear
D- bbq chicken with broccoli and cauliflower
 
B home made yoghurt and blueberries and chia seeds
L plate of cold meats and salad and creamy dressing
D savoury mince with cheesy cauli mash green beans and 1 carrot
Lots of water
 
Cheesy cauli mash is the best. Going to have that tomorrow with left over mince from last night and remaining pork chops from tonight.
 
B 3 streaky bacon
L mushroom & cheese omelette, 2 more bacon
S handful of nuts
D doner kebab minus pitta

Was doing well till I saw my daughters chocolate muffins, will no doubt regret in morning
 
B: eggnbacon
L: an entire 600 cal, 16g carb pot oh hummus, with a spoon:happy: I thought I had blown it (only supposed to have 5g carbs per meal), but BG sat at 6.6 for 4 hours. Must be the oil in it. Felt a bit brain foggy though.
S: 9 bar
D: pork chop with huge amounts of garlic buttered mushrooms and sweetheart cabbage. No pud :woot:

Not sure I could eat hummus with a spoon... Maybe a few cheese portions to dip in just to keep my calories up ;-)

lunch 2 toast
dinner 2 sausage portion of beans irish toast x2 ,egg and 1 bacon
tea: 2 weetabix
 
not great day food wise or glucose wise, oh well tomorrow is another day - can't have a good day everyone of the week

Breakfast
1/2 serving of EnviroKids Puffs Dry, Vega One Nutrishional Shake with a cup of soy milk, 1 cup of frozen mango chunks and 1bsp of real coco powder n a cup of black coffee (8oz)
BG pre: 2.7 ... BG post: 4.5

Lunch
Kiddy Fries from McDonalds, small black coffee n a Vega One Meal Replacement Bar
BG pre: 2.4 ... BG post: 4.4

Dinner
Curry Jasmin Rice with Veggies n Tofu
BG pre: 3.8 ... BG post: 5

Snacks
Vega One Snack Nutrishional Bar, 1L soda stream (green tea), 1/2 can Pepsi Next
 
Breakfast 40g fruit and fibre with 2tbs double cream.

Pre BG fasting 5.7 Post BG 6.00

Lunch: King Prawns, lettuce, tomato, cucumber. Half Apple.

Need to try and up fibre as suffering with constipation Dr put on Fybogel which is not helping much at the moment been taking 1 twice a day since Wednesday.
 
A nice bowl of steamed cauliflower and cabbage will move worlds :-)
 
Today, have had:
Green tea and coconut oil. An avocado. Went swimming. On return had eggs fried in coconut oil and some HI Lo toast.
Lunch had bowl of cabbage with cheese melted, a beetroot, a gherkin,some mayo and weird lime pickle type thing that is low in carbs (also sugar free). Square of 90% dark choc Mmmmmmmm..........
Tea will be homemade crispy seaweed (using kale) and chicken with cashew nuts. Glass of sugar free ginger ale.
 
Breakfast turkey bacon, mushrooms, poached egg
lunch chicken tikka strips from Aldi ( quite nice) salad, tbsp dollop creamy coleslaw
dinner leftovers from last two nights so savoury mince, pork in cyder vinegar , savoy cabbage, few carrots, peas and a naughty roast potato as found the ones I had bought ready prepared for junior were short dated.
snack soya latte, 1 sq dark chocolate
 
Breakfast. Home made yoghurt and raspberries and chia seeds
Lunch chicken soup and a greek salad with lemon juice and olive oil dressing
Dinner small chicken and mushroom omlette
