Breakfast - black coffee, handful of mixed nuts and full fat greek yoghurt
Circuit training, water
Snack - unsweetened chai tea, 50g camembert cheese, and 2 squ dark chocolate (this is unusual)
Late lunch - 15cm slab of homemade cauliflower bread with cheese topping, green olives with almonds, white coffee
Snack - teaspoon of peanut butter, benecol drink and finely chopped clove of garlic (my only meds), pot of tea
Running training - 75minutes with the club, water
Dinner - v.low carb homemade sausagemeat loaf, salad, glass of red wine
