I have been reading about many on this forum who can include wholewheat pasta, however I am being very cautious and have no carbs at all. I would like to have a taste though ...
how much could I eat in a portion to keep within safe range ?
I have started having a thin sliver of cheddar, like 1 mm and 1 inch in width with my hot unsugared cocoa drink after dinner, is it OK ?
