What is your heart age?

One good thing about this programme is that it reduced my BMI from 26 to 23 which puts me
in the normal bracket! Way hey :!:

Edit: this is down from my maximum weight and BMI (from another source NOT as calculated
by Flora!) of 38!

They gave my heart age at 80.
Saturday, after 4 sets of tennis with & against younger players, one of my partners & opponents suggested my real age at late fifties.

Not seen this thing about heart age but did you know that the claims that they make for this proactive stuff is exactly what they said when they first brought out Flora in years back?!!
I have used Flora for many years and was very self satisfied that I was doing the best thing for my heart. On occasion when my doctor would remind me about eating a healthy diet I would always state quite proudly that I only use Flora and was dissappointed that I did not get some congratulations on my effort. Now I know why - silly me! It is no more beneficial than eating butter and the same may well be said of this NEW stuff. I really don't believe any of this hype! :lol:
