What time do you eat?

Since going low carb l find l get a bit weak and feel hungry sick if l dont eat often enough... welll this hasnt changed too much l always ate a lot ;) Im a slim low carbing type 1.
I eat meat in nearly every meal.
Breakfast- half 6
Snack- 10.30
Lunch- 1
Snack 3pm
Dinner- 7
However l get hungry at 12 still! Im currently testing eating 2 lunches- one at 11 and one at 3 so there is not so much time in between all meals :)

Don't tend to snack between meals which suits me but would not suit everyone!

Breakfast/brunch between 8.30 - 11 (depending on how hungry I am which is usually not that much in the mornings) when I just have an apple and a hot drink.

Lunch around 1pm - fairly light, scrambled egg or similar and a rice cake or two with butter.

Dinner around 6pm - usually meat or fish with veg or a salad.

I might have a few nuts in between if I need a snack or perhaps another apple or a banana (occasionally). I try to fit in around one or two tablespoons of coconut oil amongst my food during the day, either raw off the spoon or used in cooking and that helps keep me satisfied too.

I try not to eat again after my dinner if I can otherwise my digestion complains and my blood sugar rises (if I can go to bed with normal or near-normal BS I am happy).

If you are hungry, are you getting enough good fats? Are you having too many carbs?

I have as little carbs as possible- no bread, pots, pasta, rice, buiscuits, sugar (you get the picture) and try to have low carb veg and only have berries occasionally. Fat wise l eat lots of meat, lots of oil and snack on nuts but cannot have too many as my BS would go up... not sure what other fats to include...

soaps on telly and people talking about the characters as if they were real.
I'm on my own in the daytime. Husband out at work, comes home for a meal around 6:30
B/fast about 7:45( piece of cheese or cold meat) don't have time to cook on way to gym. I now go most days around 8:00 :oops:
coffee 11:00 at the gym. Don't usually eat, but do have latte
Lunch about 12:00 cold meat, or cheese, or boiled egg and salad
afternoon snack about 4:00 1 Crispbread with cheese or Marmite
Dinner 7:00 Meat and veggies
various cups of tea and coffee throughout the day.
Also ample drinks of water
Fridays are baby sitting days, so coffee and share toasted teacake mid morning.
Lunch, fish fingers, tomatoes, fruit; with baby.

Breakfast. Anything between 0700 - 1100 hrs
Lunch. Around 1300 hrs
Dinner Around 1900 hrs
Hot drink Around 2100 hrs

Weekends.

Breakfast 1000 hrs
Lunch 1400 hrs
Dinner 1900 hrs
Beer 2100 hrs :D

Weekdays

breakfast - usually around 9am
lunch - somewhere between 12 and 1.30, depending on appointments/meetings
afternoon snack - somewhere between 3 and 4.30
dinner - 7.30ish
I usually have a small snack shortly before bed at the moment

Weekends - at least those days when I don't have to be somewhere

breakfast - 10.30ish
lunch - after 2
dinner - around 7
occasional snacks before bed

Times all the same as Fergus!
I try not to snack as I find I get better bg results by not eating between meals, so I up my meals sizes if I am starving inbetween. I also don't have a problem with excess weight, in fact mine is the other way round.
