What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

I have stopped buying avocados for exactly that reason but unfortunately cannot give up my almond butter and flaked almonds because I love them so much. I suppose that it may help that I limit them to 20g a day.

Not in this house I'm fully stocked with coffee & kitten food but don't spread that around
My house is exactly the same, but with coffee, Montezuma 's and dog food. All safely under lock and key. Making sure that when we leave the house the alarm is set and the security cameras on so they stay safe.

Have just read a lovely tribute in the Eastern Daily press to the chairman of the Toftwood Social Club who was killed on the A47 on Fridsy.

Pretty sure if someone wanted those things badly enough there would be nothing that would stop them. Also a very basic human instinct to look after you and yours so proper head scratcher/2 sudoku pooh as they say

@DJC3 Welcome back! I hope you will see some blue sky very soon.
@PenguinMum Hug for the FBG and the hunger. Hunger is one of the things I hate about trying to eat LC.

Personally, I am going for wrapping myself in cling film or wearing one of those full face snorkeling masks and carrying a bar of soap and a bath towel. Or better still, just getting on with stuff.

That is my plan too.

They look like they're dancing. They are beautiful. Thank you for posting them.

How beautiful! I love the colors and the horseshoe, and it brought back pleasant memories of our two wonderful farriers. Thank you for posting it.

Awww ... those are better than a lot of YouTube videos I've seen!
I wish Lola a leafy twig to compensate. (And this is a peach of a twig! )

Charlie -- I occasionally find unmentionables on my living room carpet.

And for you, HarryBeau --

And for "Plumpy" --

I am looking forwards to trying more.
Thanks.

This is brilliant. I love it. It might have been difficult with those small areas of colour, but well worth the effort @Muddy Cyclist

I hope you will not back off posting. I enjoy reading your posts.

@Krystyna23040 I would like to read about your Nespresso flavors.
Hugs to Mr K -- he has been through a shock, good thing he's had rugby to cheer. Hopefully his system will sort itself out ...
Yes - it did cheer Mr K up a lot. He really does immerse himself in the Rugby.

You may regret asking me about coffee.

This is one of the new coffees I like. Ispirazione Venezia. One of Italy’s biggest coffee imports is Brazilian Arabica, so Nespresso 's experts began here. They blended it with reputable, high-grown Arabicas from Colombia for its malty and fruity profile that develops beautifully during roasting, finalizing it all with a touch of African washed Robusta for an extra zing.

A mellow, rounded and delicately aromatic coffee - Its lighter roast keeps the delicate aromas intensely present while developing a thick body. In Venezia you can’t miss the distinct cereal fragrance and those notes of sweet caramel that we all find so reassuring.

Another coffee - Ispirazione Napoli pays tribute to the short, strong and dark espressos of this southern Italian coastal city – a thing of grit and beauty. It’s a velvety, creamy cup with an extremely thick body and a kiss of pleasant bitterness in its aftertaste.

I could go on and on and on about the different coffees as they really do taste different from each other and I do definitely find that without cream you can really taste the differences between the coffees much more intensely.

Pity you didn't live nearer I would have sent the hubsta around. He would be in his element painting walls and fixing windows. Mind you his expertise is sealant, lethal with a sealant gun.

Seriously, you guys have had a lot to cope with lately, sending best wishes that everything progresses well.

Well done on the pod cast. So happy you are batting for the low carb team.
