I do hope you get your water sorted quickly. So much for me figuring out and doing masks for my friend....
I have another problem...
No water coming out of my taps...
And I am thinking Oh S***
But then I urgently needed to...
Fortunately in my garage is a commode...
Just rooted it out...put it out in the fresh air of my not overlooked garden, for which I am grateful...
I might need to dig a hole in the garden later today...
But for now, I need to get dressed, and go foraging in the shops for water...
You sound really organised with your exercise routine and equipment. I actually cannot see my exercise bike at the moment as it is buried under so many coats.Good morning or in your case @gennepher not at all good morning - hope it can be sorted fast. 5.2 for me @ 4.45 - new strips came by courier yesterday - originals still in transit 2 weeks on. Bg not a problem there but won't move the chains for A1c at that level. Recently I have rediscovered a pattern of eating and some menus - coffee and meat are back and enjoyable (pork chops less so) - which give me more variety after maybe 2 years of almost hating this WOE. Not analysing all my food each day has helped. Salad with avocado and my vinaigrette is still central Also going back to the start of this in 2015 before losing my way on here has been very helpful (Cf N=1; Jess Glynne, Thursday). Part 2 of reboot in progress. Rejigging the original plan for this house until lockdown and builder's shielding end and give me a gym where I need it. Finally re-building this was/is yesterday's done for us @Krystyna23040 . Exercise bike in another bedroom with sky set up, rowing machine plus free weights with that machine - Alexa with playlists sorted. Really liked the artwork @Muddy Cyclist . Have a great, safe day folks - one way or another water features prominently.
That sky is amazing. My pastel painting for today for my daily painting challenge.
The sun is out today between the clouds. A little bit of wind.
A dramatic sky for my painting.
It took a couple of hours.
A sunrise.
I used a tiny photo from the Collins weather book that J gave me as inspiration for this pastel.

Mains water has been restored just now, but pressure is very low @Krystyna23040I do hope you get your water sorted quickly.
I used to love shopping in Woolworths and was so sad when it closed down. How brilliant that you still have the knicker elastic. Very useful at the moment for face masks. Why do I have knicker elastic? Because when Woolworths closed down many years ago, they had some reduced to next to nothing!
Thank you so much @Krystyna23040 for the compliment. That sky is amazing.
It had been reduced on sale for 5p a packet, And so I bought the lot that was on that counter. Black and white !I used to love shopping in Woolworths and was so sad when it closed down. How brilliant that you still have the knicker elastic. Very useful at the moment for face masks.
I was so pleased that I was able to achieve something new.@Krystyna23040 well done you for tackling something new. Crossing that job off the list must have been so satisfying
Thank goodness it was restored before the evening.Mains water has been restored just now, but pressure is very low @Krystyna23040
I haven't had an email notification yet from Waterboard to say that it has been fixed.
Maybe it needs time to build up pressure with being such a large area.
Thank you.
Thank you....Thank goodness it was restored before the evening.

Ah, I remember those days, Woolworths was Aladin's Cave to a young mind. Knicker elastic, fond memories of knicker elastic around my ears...
Harrumpf!! congrats madam on getting your water back
@gennepher good sky again, you have these pastels well and truly controlled in your hands.
I have decided my next series will be three watercolours of a trail I ride along side of Rising Brook at Slitting Mill Staffordshire. A mill stream runs along its length with many waterfalls, bridges and old trees and pleanty of sandstone. A4 again about 90 minutes.. so the series will be called Rising Brook.

I wrote a song about this trail the chorus goes....
I hear the Forests calling
As winters grip declines
And Rising Brook from Fair Oak flows
Through banks of celandine.
