Morning y'all.

Sniffling hayfever after being an industrious little garden gnome. Sun is shining again but I might choose to hide from it today

5.2 this morning is somewhat mystifying as I was beyond sinful with my late-night gaming snack. Maybe Ian is right and these numbers just arbitrarily appear as if managed by some nefarious pixie. I shall ignore it today as accepting it would shed shade on the low carby thang

Have fun in the sun, or make sure you have it made in the shade

Yes but it causes untold cognitive dissonance with The Narrative © hence the ubiquitous I don't recognise that and its snarling attack dog DARVO. The cognitive dissonance compensation claims look set to rival PPI as a source of revenue and enabling factor keeping retail safe in The New Normal©. (will that be built in The Norf or Sarf?)

Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen. But not......and the list gets longer on this pre bin day.

An OK 6.2 this morning.

Well folks as we all know exercise helps with diabetic control. So I finally loaded a pedometer programme on my not so smartphone, I think the modern name for this type of thing is app? I got my long tape measure and measured various routes round my garden and house.
The result of this is I am now addicted to looking at my phone and telling Mrs J how many steps I have taken.
I remain to be convinced that this beneficial to long term health.
Have a great day folks and whatever your " thing " is enjoy it remembering Christmas looming.
 
So 5.4 this morning which is better than yesterday although sleep was still not of the zonk out kind. I think the idea of beauty sleep may be a lost cause @ianpspurs.
 
My pastel painting for today.
A high wind has got up since I did this. Clouds have changed to the massive dramatic white ones. His Lordship and I have come in because it has suddenly got very cold out there. I am in bed getting warm, and he is in the kitchen window where the intermittent sun is giving him some warmth...

And I am ready for a sleep/nap...

Ah, but having attained such beauty there is no more need of sleep for that reason. Ask Mr R if you doubt me. Just say, If I were to sleep more would it make me any more beautiful to you? You are assured of a true answer. I am guided by the science at all times

The good news we have busy ****, in our Bird box, feeding something inside, mom or babies.

Bad news is MILs home have Tested all residents and staff and they have the virus. MILS results not yet back, but rest results are only as good as when they are taken so no comfort even if negative.

@alf_Josiah impress Mrs Alf even more do smaller steps when doing exercise and your numbers will be impressively gigantic.

@gennepher another cloudy success can almost feel that wind pulling that cloud apart. We have a very cold east wind here although sun is seducing us outdoors.

Edit. Been zapped so read alternative for breast.

Edit further... and because I was zapped ridiculously I will share a joke about such things....
What do you get if you put 12 birthday clad (dare not use the n word) ladies in a freezer?
24 bluetits (you know whats if zapped.)
