Now you have gone and done it that's all I can see.A very strong drawing - Is it my imagination or can I even see the face of a tree spirit in there as well?
Skinny bread and butter pudding - now yer talking.Good Morning and 5.6 for me today, amazed as I eat half a bread and butter pudding last night. Don't be too shocked my half was made with Skinny Bread 0.2 grams of carbs per slice, worked well although was meant to last two days, no will power.
Another family meal this evening so that will be the highlight of my day.
Have the best day you are able.
Great to read your fbg is good and the pudding worked so well. Bread and butter pudding with Skinny Bread has been on my radar for a long time but my poor bg control stops me trying. Very interested now. - were blow torched inulin or fibre sugar involved as a glaze? Glad it worked so well - not easy for some of us to find much to enjoy in lowcarbland.Good Morning and 5.6 for me today, amazed as I eat half a bread and butter pudding last night. ''Twas good, held back a little on Sugar and Currants In my half but was still sweet enough for me, @ianpspurs crust was still a little chewy but that's ok you get Aerobic exercise whilst enjoying the moment.Skinny bread and butter pudding - now yer talking.
Sounds good. Maybe soak the fruit in rum, use fibre sugar and inulin/fibre sugar caramelised with blow torch to crisp crust a tad? After yesterday's success with raspberry fool that sounds like a project for The Food Fairy. Perhaps not a whole quart of cream first orf.''Twas good, held back a little on Sugar and Currants In my half but was still sweet enough for me, @ianpspurs crust was still a little chewy but that's ok you get Aerobic exercise whilst enjoying the moment.
Looks good to me - very like skinny bread. Your bg control is really good and you are well read around diabetes so I'm sure it ticks all the boxes. Tastes and control are very much an N=1 game IMHO. Another nature versus nurture riddleMy latest attempt at a low carb bread. A lot higher than the skinny bread people have been making at 3.9 grams per slice. Tastes ok but loaf a little on the small size.

Just a single pink gin during the clap there were less than usual...I am reviewing my clapping what I want to do is clap & shout give them a pay rise & cancel student nurse debt...'Plumpy' comes in & out now when he can force himself through the hole he made in the gate...Lola & Charlie ignore him he barks at them the odd rush they just duck behind the sofa and give him the middle finger...both are busy at the moment hunting a fly that just come in from the garden.Have a good one.

Some would call it crazy. One of the other things we did as teenagers is tie our two wheel bikes to our ankle with a long piece of rope and then see who could ride closest to the edge of the Canal where the lock dropped to the next level, we would put powdered resin on our tires leaving marks on the Staffordshire Blue Bricks that lined the path, the rope was so that you could pull your bike out of the canal if you were unlucky enough to end up in the cut, yes I did once or twice.
Then, when younger than now, it was just a laugh. Now I see kids riding a bike without a helmet and chastise themNow THAT ....is JUST MAD....
and now we're worried about a VIRUS...
Do one Covid..
