Thank goodness you have an Ayurvedic GP. That must have helped tremendously.
You may have thought my original post was slightly strange. It shouldn't have contained the words 'disaster has struck '
This morning we lost our internet connection. I started typing 'disaster has struck ' when I also lost my mobile phone signal so couldn't send the post and deleted it. Have no idea how the words reappeared in your post. Very puzzling.
Thank you @Muddy Cyclist@gennepher your art today definitely a hybrid, Swan and maybe Goose, fun.
That’s interesting, I take vitamins B, C and D, calcium, magnesium and omega 3. I also make my own turmeric tea using fresh turmeric root, ginger and black pepper (I have a lot of asian friends who use Ayurvedic methods). No, I regulate all the foods I eat and know their sodium content.
I can only check sodium in my urine doing a 24 hour collection and then use chloride sticks to calculate the amount of sodium. (Sodium is invariably associated with chloride)

Dull dark day outside.
Raining.
Daily painting in ZenBrush2
A quickie. Done in one minute. No thought in my head at all. An empty mind...
A bird. What kind? I have no idea, my fingers did the painting, not me...

Really good lung volume figure. You must be feeling so much better.Up nice and early to await Mr Asda and his Temple of Delights. 5.7 on the meter and a lung volume of 94% which is very nice in my world.
Enjoy the day
Great painting from butterfly world - hope the red admirals meet your expectationsFbg 6.9
Looks like sun today...
My painting for today, in ZenBrush2
A butterfly from Mustard Seed Garden.
Took me 15 minutes altogether. Would have been quicker but stupidly instead of leaving any mistakes and just keep on working through them, I started deleting strokes and rubbing bits out (rubbing bits out is okay if the rubber is used as part of a painting stroke, but NOT as a correction tool, I disapprove of a rubber in real life anyway). So, I had to scrap the first painting, and start again. There are no mistakes in a painting, only happy accidents!
So, a flutterby! By the way this last week, in between the rainstorms I have had a few hundred butterflies, mostly Red Admirals - brand new ones that have just hatched. I expect to see them today.

That's probably the hardest part - trying not to overdo when you start feeling better.I do, hopefully, I will be back in the garden tomorrow but taking it a bit at a time
Unfortunately, I eat LC so I never feel better. Could be worse, at least I don't have a Montezumas habitThat's probably the hardest part - trying not to overdo when you start feeling better.
