What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

My reason for finding it funny is because I didn’t register it in the original post and had to go back and read it again

No, I regulate all the foods I eat and know their sodium content.
I can only check sodium in my urine doing a 24 hour collection and then use chloride sticks to calculate the amount of sodium. (Sodium is invariably associated with chloride)
D.
That’s interesting, I take vitamins B, C and D, calcium, magnesium and omega 3. I also make my own turmeric tea using fresh turmeric root, ginger and black pepper (I have a lot of asian friends who use Ayurvedic methods).

Good morning everyone from a slowly wakening morning in the dark and dangerous north

The wonder wheel of home made burgers with eggs and pickles came in at 5.1 this am

The twins have been up since 5am - cereals already consumed and toast, well, toasted and a few strawberries on the table.
They and their sister are going home this afternoon so a trip down the motorway to the half way child catcher exchange point will take place. Always good to have them but they are exhausting being on the go from the minute they wake until they go to bed. I think that they want to go down to the beach this morning, If it rains, it may be coats and wellies jumping in puddles.

Hope everyone has a good day, I need (well, want) some koffy.

Up nice and early to await Mr Asda and his Temple of Delights. 5.7 on the meter and a lung volume of 94% which is very nice in my world.

Enjoy the day

Happy salmon and avo salad day fellow stabbers, swipers and guess -n-tellers. Stabbo proffered a 5 first up so I was all whatevs, can't be bothered with more of that. All grandchildren in Suffolk and Southampton at Ofsted approved outlets today because The Gavster assures Ma and Pa all is fine - yeah, right. We resume a semblance of control for 2 of them at closing time. Glad to see all is well @Alien Aspie and viands are on their way. (My salad needs radishes - do you reckon Ocado will deliver just a pack of them same day?) @dunelm interesting collection of supplements and magical times with the tots - no not those tots granddad. OK crew, unleash hell - it could have you re-elected POTUS apparently.

Looks like sun today...

My painting for today, in ZenBrush2
A butterfly from Mustard Seed Garden.

Took me 15 minutes altogether. Would have been quicker but stupidly instead of leaving any mistakes and just keep on working through them, I started deleting strokes and rubbing bits out (rubbing bits out is okay if the rubber is used as part of a painting stroke, but NOT as a correction tool, I disapprove of a rubber in real life anyway). So, I had to scrap the first painting, and start again. There are no mistakes in a painting, only happy accidents!

So, a flutterby! By the way this last week, in between the rainstorms I have had a few hundred butterflies, mostly Red Admirals - brand new ones that have just hatched. I expect to see them today.

4.8 this morning. Had to work into the night to get everything done once my internet came back on.

So end of year accounts are now ready to walk down to our accountant. Am so relieved that they are finished.

Must check when my Montezuma order will be delivered as I don't want to miss it. Its much more important than my accounts.

Really good lung volume figure. You must be feeling so much better.

Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen. To those of you who don't fit into those categories a good Morening to you also.

A 7.0 this morning, I know why and I ain't telling.

The weekend is almost upon us all, plans should be made, then ignored, well they will in Tilehurst Towers.
I shall depart for today, me and me's have chaos and mayhem to cause, sorry no details.
Have a great day and may your brushes always be clean.

Great painting from butterfly world - hope the red admirals meet your expectations
