The eye’s have it
Thank you. Wonderfully tranquil painting - what is at the end of the jetty?good evening all
4.5 this morning
off out today to the charity big shed to swap out mr. gee's catalogue and repair work for the week, now we're just going in to pick up the quarantined things donated during the week and take back the items which could be repaired and cleaned, ready tagged for sale from last week's pick up
when we got back the weather had moved from 'miserable and overcast' to sunny so we had a good walk round the village
Hope your day is treating you well
@SlimLizzy - well so long as 'cat' is happy, though the French version is pleasing too
@gennepher - that's a lovely painting, it sparks so many mental images, big hug for your trying day though, glad today is looking a bit calmer
@dunelm - three interesting images with their range of brush strokes, the coloured brush pens look like an interesting tool to try and they make a joyous splash of colour
@Alien Aspie - interesting image, you've achieved a real fluid look
@Muddy Cyclist - I like your pencil sketch very much it has a great feeling of depth and I can already feel the distant landscape of your new worklooking forward to seeing it's development.
art bit - didn't do any art yesterdayended up reading so will have to catch up over the next couple of days.
this one was a calm morning, all the valleys were full of mist, the land spit used to be a ferry point many years ago
sorry for the weird splats at the top left hand corner where the paint got under the tape holding the paper down

Thank you - awaiting the verdict!Brilliant art your mom should be well pleased.
Like you we are fortunate to have open space to Cisit and explore right on our doorsteps without having to make use of cars to get to them. Even more important in these lockdown times.
Thank you @gennepher - now on koffy number 2
Very sad, condolences to you and your familyGood Morning and 6.2 for me today.
Mrs MC says I have to get the house back in order this morning after our let's do every room decorating spree. So she came up with a plan, Mrs MC is off to ride her horse, I'm doing the getting house in order.
Lost my Aunty who was my Godmother yesterday, she was a month of being 100, the sad thing is that my cousins were not allowed to visit her once she had gone into hospital a week ago, must have been so frightening for her, difficult times.
Master time today, once it's gone it's gone. Keep safe.
Glad that you sorted out your wobble. Your painting reflects it, showing the light at the end of the tunnel as through a modern stained glass window.Fbg 6.2
No idea what the Beeb whether app says, it is so contrary but I see some blue sky and sun out there. But will it stay...
This time of year, as I am a bit high up the sun doesn't reach the ground in my back garden until nearly spring, although it shines on the roof of Popeye"s potting shed all winter. Potting shed is warmer than this bungalow in winter...
My painting for today...
I had a wobble as I started it, I just mentally went downhill, for no apparent reason, apart from all the rubbish going on around us these days. I know we are in the red alert area in Wales, which is why we got another strict lockdown a fortnight ago and more rules. But the council site says it is going to become stricter. I don't think anyone cares round here any more. They don't in my road. They are behaving as in pre-Covid times in every way. And next door is having their grandchildren and family over daily. Which is a no no in current rules. I give up.
So I painted over it and over it and over it. It started in iPastels. Painted over and over it with many layers of digital pastels. Disaster. Went into Procreate. About a 100 layers later, my wobble had gone. There is no rhyme or reason to this painting, apart from painting the wobble out of my head.
Cat, Popeye, wouldn't sleep with me again last night, he told me my wobble hadn't gone. I fell asleep and he came back in the bedroom and sat on my chest and woke me up to tell me my wobble had gone, and I was relaxed enough to sleep on....
He is going to find himself shut in the potting shed shortly, the sun is shining on it, and I can catch up on sleep...
So this is my offering for today.

Thank you.Very sad, condolences to you and your family
Thank you. Ironically she had been asking for my Uncle ( her husband long passed) to come and fetch her, he did on his birthday. My cousins are not sure if he will rest in peace for much longer.Sorry to hear about your aunt passing. @Muddy Cyclist
Awful time for the family, especially given the circumstances...may she rest in peace.
Very pleasing piece of work. Like @dunelm i thought of modern stained glass catching the early morning sun.Fbg 6.2

A good rendition of light through glass/eye lens not sure which. My first impression was of a Flower seen through a vase/bottle/glass I can also see @dunelm s eye vision, interesting and thought provoking piece of digital art.
That's the same sort of day I'm aiming for a slow potter and paperwork / internet catch upMorning...worked last night began at 13:00 finally finished after 01:00 shattered this morning...switching the heating on and brewing another coffee I need it...a potter round today & a little tidying is all I'm aiming for...woke to a 6.5...keep safe everyone.
Brave man!but is not impressed and my comment about learning how to use these programs

Good Afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen and all who are suffering the passing of relatives and friends.
A surprising 7.2 this morning, complex this diabetes malarkey. Give me and me's quantum mechanics any day.
Some interesting posts and paintings in the last 24 hours. Please don't stop posting the artwork. Mrs J has had a go at a few of the painting programs, but is not impressed and my comment about learning how to use these programs met with me retreating into the garden taking cover behind some rose bushes.
My MIL died the day Gaddafi met his end, we joked how she had done a deal with St.Peter to give Gaddafi a boot downwards.Thank you. Ironically she had been asking for my Uncle ( her husband long passed) to come and fetch her, he did on his birthday. My cousins are not sure if he will rest in peace for much longer.
