The post office is failing on all counts then @Muddy CyclistArt inspired by real events, brilliant. However not only is the Post Office not collecting mail it looks like it's also not painting its Post Boxes.
Big bird looks good!Good morning everyone from a so far dull and blustery start in the dark and dangerous north
The wonder wheel of chicken paired with fennel and a few spices came in at 5.0 this am
A bit drizzly yesterday but not enough to prevent a few laps of the park with the girl in the bubble, who will be in our care again today. Mrs Miggins and her sister visited local garden of remembrance looking at where ashes of her mother will be interred. I think that some may also be made into jewelry. I had some of our nephew’s ashes blasted into glass wearables a few years ago for his mother and Mrs Miggins (his mother’s twin). Not sure about today but I did spy a bag of Swedish meatballs hiding in the back of the freezer last night - might be a thing.
UK businesses caught buying five star Google reviews - who would have thought it, growth in the industry of lying, cheating and shoddy goods and services.
Art - not sure if I have finished with it but so far, big bird without the yellow. Have a wonderful pre-bin day, we can put our garden bins out again now - must be spring. Koffy time.

Why thank you.Big bird looks good!
Great post @jjraak and the good times will return. Softly Softly - I liked John Watt. My resting pulse and weight were down with length of sleep and sleep quality up. Hard to link that definitively to no red meat or red wine but they do have form. Sunny Suffolk today. I feel bark chippings, lawn mowing and over seeding can't be far off. I like lawns and plenty of bark/mulch.
Not been around for awhile had vaccination last Tuesday not a good reaction felt worse than when I actually had Covid . Ached from head to foot just like when you have flu high temp etc and I assume this had a knock on affect on my blood sugars all morning reading in double figures .
All moving along towards the winning post and collecting medals for crossing the line.Just a quick share in a little victory

Madam mentioned a refresh of the hallway, and before I knew it paints, brushes, etc were at the ready, and I was away.
Trouble is, freshen one bit, another looks dowdy.
Been meaning to swap a light fitting for ages.
Swapped it out yesterday.
Maybe shouldn't have, but it felt ok, a little more tiring and awkward up the ladder TBF, but done and feet & ankles only ache a bit.
So one more marker passed on my road back.
Our Steph was talking, and I explained my goal was to do all the things I normally did, AS normally as possible, as soon as practical.
So far,
Walking
Cooking
Scooter
Car
Stairs
Cycling
Decorating
ALL TICKED.
I still struggle getting low, so bottom of doors, etc not the best, will have to rub down in a few weeks and redo...but looking pretty good from where I'm standing
Hope everyones day has that bit of joy in.
Yes felt much better after a day or so most of my colleagues had Pfizer but us stragglers ( I wasn't going to have the jab never have flu jabs but changed my mind ) we ended up with the Astra Zenica .I did wonder if my body reacted more strongly because I still had some antibodies left overHugs for the aches.
Been lucky, Pfizer and neither missus or myself got any reaction.
Did read this, backs up the covid exacerbated hit.
Seems AZ hits jab one but not jab 2
Pfizer hits jab 2 not jab one
And previously having covid causes a bigger reaction.

Hope you're feeling better asap.
Glad you're feeling better. AZ jab I had - dreadful 36 hours after the event, but it reverted to normal as quickly as it knocked me flat...I hear Pfizer has most of the side effects on the second jab - anecdotal evidence suggests that to be the case anyway...Yes felt much better after a day or so most of my colleagues had Pfizer but us stragglers ( I wasn't going to have the jab never have flu jabs but changed my mind ) we ended up with the Astra Zenica .I did wonder if my body reacted more strongly because I still had some antibodies left overfrom last year .
