What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

Your bags are packed and you are ready go - homeward bound yay! have a safe journey back
Sad to leave...but great to be on our way...now estimating 7 hours and 44 minutes ...

The equation. Greed: fat cat pocket bulge+cronyism= 130,000 UK dead so far. That'll be a knighthood and/or a Life Peerage then.

Cynical. Moi??

Oh goodness Karen Sending hugs your way...In awe of all those who have to manage insulin...

A strong mountain sunrise drawing from you today, lots of depth and nice colour washes. I do like the detail in the foreground wash.

Gosh yo breed em tuff up North. 80 mile assisted Beech walk by girl in the bubble, impressive.
Thank you @Muddy Cyclist. Yes, Beech walking is a key skill when Nanook is skirting the top of Hudson Bay in search of Snarks.

Smashing photo of the 747 - enjoy the flight and I hope that your cabin crew pay grade is as high as the flight path

Good morning. 4.7 on Swipey which arrived 8 days after Abbott took my money - neither of those impress me. Howbeit, my vital data for an almost 66 yo would have probably been seen as good when I left Uni (1978). Today we are all expected to be lifestyle magazine/instagram? perfect. Here's news guys, we all deteriorate eventually. Safe flight @BRSBRI. I feel for you in those inhumane working conditions you suffer. @Krystyna23040 being from The Fens I don't do hills - there is a mountain rescue team at Pidley (real village). and fruit trees only. @dunelm great beach photo. We have No 5 grandchild today while mum and dad have new windows fitted and I don't even need to pay. @Muddy Cyclist my hunch about your fbg is your helpful liver assess your active lifestyle as in need of a boost in the mornings. @geefull I will let you know about whey protein isolate probably as a shake. Morning coffee would probably spook me too much.

Cabin crew are 2 amazing ladies. Flight deck the same (one of whom is the Captain) and a bloke to keep me company who is the relief pilot. 6 of us in all speeding north west on a great circle...still catching time - 6 hours 40 is the latest estimate which they tell me will start to extend as they slow and descend, but still, pretty darned brill. Let's hope GWR is as good getting me home to be attacked by Gerald the cat

Good Happy International Bin day Morening Ladies and Gentlemen, a slightly more relaxed start to the day here in Tilehurst Towers than recently.

A 7.3 on that meter of mystery this morning, I, me and me's have no idea why, such are the vagaries of diabetes and that simple simultaneous equation with an infinite number of unknowns. Not to worry, just accept it and move on with life, as we know it, a slight bit of Startrek there, their or they're.

My day is planned, we all know about plans!

Stay well, stay safe and stay outside if possible, oh and almost forgot, stay away from the very depressing media.

When I reminded them about my diabetes they were horrified. What a lovely thought for tomorrow nevertheless by the crew. Gobsmacked. So, sharing it between the 5 of them with their coffee and me sipping a glass of fizzy wine instead...not quite pub opening hours in normal times unless it's a Wetherspoons of course...so justification in my head has occurred

Wan has emailed me and said "Haste ye Back". Only a few hours later... thousands of miles away heading for home. Still catching time...less than 6 hours from landing. We'll make UK landfall over Norfolk and descend cross country to deepest Hampshire from there.

Thanks @geefull
Thanks for the compliments

I like your copse of trees among the fields very much.
Beautiful.

Brilliant @BRSBRI

I like this painting with the greens and pinks @dunelm
Great depth to it.

I love the second photo @BRSBRI

Fbg 6.6

Back to practical art. I needed some notelets for my letter writing, so did some gel prints.
I will get better...
