What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

Brilliant @dunelm
I do like your daily bird paintings...very much.
I look forward to them...

A colourful picture, art bird and you lazing about whilst Mrs Miggins was hard at work.

Them dragons are looking far too friendly, maybe you should consider getting some real ones to sort them Brocs out.

Spring cleaning done so Mrs Miggins can at last put her feet up.

Like those birds, especially the reflections and the way you have captured the light on the water, very nice.

Enjoy the family day.

Hello from a bright but cool part of East Anglia cum Colorado/Mid West/US of A. Swipey, integrity installed by Stanley's boy, claimed my fbg to be 4.4 and all bills paid legally. It also claimed I had been a Prima Ballerina and Olympic Gold Medallist in Women's pole vault. Remarkably like Stan's lad that one. I hope you enjoy a good sleep after that disturbed night @gennepher. The LHOTP sounds far too much fun for a man of your temperament @dunelm - take it easy fella. I hope Mrs M C has no reaction to her jab @Muddy Cyclist but great news that it is being done. Dog psychologist DIL and No 1 son walked our dogs yesterday. Pups starting to attempt to jump into cars. My RR may be a tad daunting. Electrician quoted for some lights and a dead fan in en suite - good price I felt. However, it's steak today so rough with smooth I suppose. Casual promises at altars come back to bight ya - beware all singletons.

Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen.

A 6.6 on that meter of plotting and down right deviousness this morning.

After a day of total mayhem with the grandchildren yesterday we oldies that are residents in Tilehurst Towers will endeavour to have a relaxing day, but as we all know life has a way of changing things.

As I sit here typing this, Mrs J is sitting opposite me doing a very good imitation of a squadron of Russian tanks crossing the Steppes, later on I expect the neighbours will be complaining about the noise, no not the immediate neighbours, the ones across the road, they are newish and no know better at the moment.
Please feel sorry for them

Well fellow posters, painters and gamers make the most of today and remember the stays.

Now I must take my earplugs out and wake the sleeping drago....sorry Mrs J I should say.

Anzac Day today. Hugs and huge gratitude to all those with relatives and family who gave their lives or even time for people like me. I feel nothing but shame on behalf of this country for where that has left us at the moment but immensely honoured that people would care enough to make that sacrifice.

Hugs for lack or sleep and headache - lovely dragons. They look so happy - and, of course another mushroom!

Thank you @Muddy Cyclist, I do find this lazing about stuff so stressfull.
Brave, brave man taking one for the team. I feel your pain down the interweb. Total Integrity Certificate in the post - £2.50 on ebay. I'll pay the tax, what are mates for? Tasteful blue colour in obscure but wrong latin. Widely recognised, well, in at least 1 Meeja briefing room - and Tilehurst

6.30am FBG 5.0
BBQ with friends in the afternoon, stuffed with steak, chicken and coleslaw. Small bread roll. (Homemade, irresistible. Laddo had made a half size one specially for me) much vino was consumed. This is how life used to be...
@Muddy Cyclist hope MrsMC has no reaction to jab.
@dunelm really like your cranes/storms.
@Mrs T 123 varifocals take a bit of getting used to. Be careful. I have missed step on a ladder because of this, resulting In a nasty fall. Which could have been a very nasty fall down the stairs.

Roughly the same % of people who achieve remission via LC. They couldn't be linked could they? I assume 60% looked at the video and thought, you know what, Derek Chauvin woz framed. It's Eatwell+ from now on for me luv. Where's me Krispy Kremes? Not at all reassuring for those hoping for no 3rd wave and another lockdown.

Have you seen The Water Diviner, Ian?
I thought it a rather touching portrayal of what happened to three Aussie lads.
D.

5.9 for me today. Enjoy what is left of your weekend folks.

Meeting up with a couple of friends later and going on a socially distanced walk with them in the sun
