Brilliant @dunelmgood morning everyone from a propellers in a clear blue sky start here in the dark and dangerous north
The wonder wheel of sitting round a Teppanyaki with all things marinated came in at 4.5 this am
Another day at the little house on the prairie. All spring cleaning finished by lunch time and then our daughter and SIL came over with the girl in the bubble. Played a round the table game called Rummikub last night, a tile based game based loosely around elements of rummy and mahjong. Gets quite complicated as the game progresses or was that the wine?
No idea what we are doing today yet - the decision makers are still sleeping but could involve walking in sunshine and other ruined versions of Katrina and the Waves songs.
Art bit - more birds - have a wonderful day, wherever you go, it will be somewhere painted anew. For me, it’s a visit to the koffy pot.

A colourful picture, art bird and you lazing about whilst Mrs Miggins was hard at work.Good morning everyone from one of those of will it/won't it weather starts here in the dark and dangerous north.
The wonder wheel of a lazy DIY salad, picked over in the heat of the evening sun like a couple of exhausted crows who had miraculously found that they liked wine and could even hold a glass, came in at 5.2 this am.
A pleasant late breakfast at Alan Fresco’s and then over the moors to our little house on the prairie. The pleasantly warm morning turned into quite a hot afternoon. So hot in fact that Mrs Miggins donned a wide brimmed hat and put enough sun screen on to blend in with the Mudmen of Asaro. It painted quite a picture from my shaded seat as I watched her cooling the air with the pressure washer while at the same time cleaning down our two garden sheds, the contents of which we had turfed out for a spring clean.
Art - back to birds for a bit. Hope everyone has a pleasant day, I am still in the middle of my morning koffy.

Them dragons are looking far too friendly, maybe you should consider getting some real ones to sort them Brocs out.Fbg 6.8
Okay, a slightly sleepless night. My fire alarm which flashed into my bedroom decided to go doolally yesterday. New battery didn't help so chucked it out. I still have flashing fire alarm for kitchen, but wouldn't see it in my bedroom.
So, I decide to put my Android phone on all night alert for noises. Just leave it on all night, and if a noise, it will flash that bright torch light, and when I look at it, it will give me time and duration of the noise, and detail of the noise.
Flashing light woke me up around midnight. Landline phone ringing , it said. What? Then I realised my window was open, locked in the groove, and my horrid neighbour must have had a landline call.
Then flashing light woke me up again around 2:30 am. Knocking, the Android said. So I checked front door, from inside, no one anywhere. But checked doors anyway, and put all lights on. Back to bed. Couldn't sleep. So made cuppa and did emails.
Suddenly flashing light, but a prolonged one this time around 5 am. Knocking it said. Checked front door again. Am getting a bit nervous by now...
Anyway, finally light outside, so I go out and check back garden. Someone has been partying hard in the night.
No I don't think it was them...
No, not these either
But there doesn't appear to be an emojie for what I want...another look...
No, not a skunk...but pretend he is the badger...
He had chucked my garden tables around.
He had scattered some seed packets I accidentally left on my swing last night...
Tried to pull down my bird feeders and scattered the fat balls...
And he had got on my wooden swing...
And much more...
I have a headache...I need a nap...a long one...
My painting this morning in Procreate....
The dragons are based on some 30 year old cake decorations I have!
A quickie. I had wanted to do more on it, but I want a nap even more...
I am going to get a new fire alarm on Monday...at least that never goes off...

Thank you @gennepher, I am enjoying painting them
Thank you @Muddy Cyclist, I do find this lazing about stuff so stressfull.A colourful picture, art bird and you lazing about whilst Mrs Miggins was hard at work.
Thank you @Muddy CyclistSpring cleaning done so Mrs Miggins can at last put her feet up.
Like those birds, especially the reflections and the way you have captured the light on the water, very nice.
Enjoy the family day.
Brave, brave man taking one for the team. I feel your pain down the interweb. Total Integrity Certificate in the post - £2.50 on ebay. I'll pay the tax, what are mates for? Tasteful blue colour in obscure but wrong latin. Widely recognised, well, in at least 1 Meeja briefing room - and TilehurstThank you @Muddy Cyclist, I do find this lazing about stuff so stressfull.
The "Bulldog" dropped a huge clanger there!Anzac Day today. Hugs and huge gratitude to all those with relatives and family who gave their lives or even time for people like me. I feel nothing but shame on behalf of this country for where that has left us at the moment but immensely honoured that people would care enough to make that sacrifice.
Haven't seen that Derek but will look now andHave you seen The Water Diviner, Ian?
I thought it a rather touching portrayal of what happened to three Aussie lads.
