Nice work, @alf_JosiahLate hot afternoon ladies and gentlemen and all the surviving members of Mozarts rock band.
A 5.5 this morning on the meter of despondency.
Hopefully attached is the finish children’s garden bench seat that I have been refurbishing, it turns out that it would have been easier and more economical to make a new one, but a length of Victorian floorboarding, reclaimed decking and some bits from the old seat. The design has changed slightly.
Well stay safe fellow posters and gamers.View attachment 55084
It sounds like you had a wonderful time at Blandford Camp @dunelmGood morning everyone from what looks to be a splendid morning here in the dark and dangerous north.
I have been down south, Blandford Forum - well Blandford Camp to be precise. Part of a presentation team talking about our personal experiences on that little island down in the South Atlantic 40 years ago. “It was the best of times, it was the worst of times”. Try saying that in the voice of Chris Ewbank. It was a full weekend; stands, food, entertainment, parades, flash folk with fancy uniforms and shiny swords. One of the stands had some creaky old vehicles. One of them similar to one I drove in the 1970’s - but of course, not so well looked after - If it moves, rub some grease on it. If it doesn’t move, paint it. (pictures below). No chance of catching up but I hope that you all had a splendid weekend. Must get the paints out. After koffy of course.

Hope all goes well tomorrow and that your mission to return your precious grandson to his parents in the best possible conditions goes well today.Morning all from the Exotic East where summer isn't on strike and is running on time. Long day tomorrow one way or another. I obviously have an fbg but that is probably, understandably IMHO, totally sub-optimal like much of my other "key" data. Good to see you back and in such good form @dunelm. @gennepher you haven't yet posted but I'm sure both the story of the wildlife and the creative will be exemplary as usual. @karen8967 great fbg, so pleased for you.Be good to yourself and the rest of creation but I'm afraid those be young, be foolish and be happy days belong in the past. We all know that is a foreign country where they do things differently - well perhaps not all of us which explains our - UK- current desire to head for a well known destination in this broken old handcart. Today's mission here is to return a very precious grandson to his parents in the best possible condition - best job I've ever had.

I can't argue with your management of T2 but I'll disagree until the cows come home about Montezuma and coconut flakes. You must be one tough cookie to eat that. I am obviously just not suited to managing T2 by diet but Kudos to you for the outstanding job you've done managing yours.5.1 this morning. Last night on my return from work I was absolutely starving so had 16g of Montezuma chocolate and some raw coconut flakes. Delicious and didn't affect my fbs this morning - which I was a bit worried about last night.
Actually, I do think that you manage T2 fine by diet. You avoid the low carb foods you don't like and I do exactly the same. There are some low carb foods that I wouldn't eat if you paid me huge sums of money to eat them. Oh - hold on - it would depend on just how huge the sums of money were.I can't argue with your management of T2 but I'll disagree until the cows come home about Montezuma and coconut flakes. We need a virtual I'm a Celebrity Bush Tucker trial. What would people refuse to even try? For me erythritol, black pudding or anything from Diet Dr are a point blank refusal. In comparison, I'd be fine with live worms, sheep's "bits" etc. What about everyone else?Actually, I do think that you manage T2 fine by diet. I never signed up sure I saw lots of recipes.@ianpspurs mine definitely would include Erythritol, stevia, xylitol, black pudding, oysters, mussels, octopus, soy milk, pork chops, kale, chilli sauce and spinach.
I was intrigued by your mention of Diet Doctor but they wouldn't let me onto the website without signing up for a free trial.

I would probably try almost everything once. The only actual aversion I have is to slippery slimey stuff...and that, I wouldn't even try once....We need a virtual I'm a Celebrity Bush Tucker trial.
