Thinking and hoping things go well for you.Afternoon campers
A more relaxing set of day of late seems to have aided many things.
But BG wasn't one of them
7.8 on the Richter scale
Maybe just the run of stress lately, the ongoing 'illness' of the unhealing bone, perhaps it's me
I'm at a cross roads, where I don't really know what to do for the best, good wise ..
Eat for T2D...Eat for bone health ..
Must do a little more research.
Other news to cap off an ok week,
Is therapy went really well .
My therapist came through, as I suspected she would
With the input from you guys my end, she too revised her question.
So good progress made thanks to a good collaboration of people & ideas
To remind, therapist quite open she's skilled but I'm part of her learning
I accepted that, as she reported 2 other more experienced colleagues would oversee her
So I figured 3 for the price of 1...and the post match talks would as I hoped bear more fruit, and it seems they have
Slight concern, is the next phase MIGHT entail me blacking out, as we delve into my missing moments in an attempt to unblock my memory
Sure it won't happen.
I feel I have uncovered a reasonable scenario based on severity of damage plus the triggers such as engine noises, that most accurately 'fits' the details
However reliving that moment is not to be taken lightly , so I'm not completely Blaise about it either.
Still, suns shining, a few days 'visits' free from anyone...and I've put away the popcorn now the shows over ...happy days all round
An outrageous amountGood afternoon ladies and gentlemen and all who bask in the delight of the goings on in the insular village of Westminster.
A 5.2 this morning.
Early this morning your truly was trying to change a wheel on a car parked in my drive, it’s owner is a friend of Mrs J’s who when said friend went to leave hit my gate post demolishing her mirror and puncturing her tyre on a gate bracket. Said friend got a lift home and came back this morning to join me in a koffy. Needless to say I couldn’t loosen the wheel nuts using a wheel nut spider and a length of scaffolding pipe as a leaver. Mrs J’s friend then called the AA, who turned up 20 minutes later. Mr AA proceeded to use an impact driver on the wheel nuts set to a torque of 280 newton metres which equates to very approximately 50lb at 3 feet. That is a very large force, what mechanic does wheel nuts up to that torque, now wheel nut do tighten up over time but not to that extent.
Stay safe all and avoid sun stroke ( other newspapers are available and full of just as much rubbish).
It does @jjraak I am providing some stuff at the end of the garden as regards food. They are partaking of it.Does seem to point to THAT having some input then ?
Hope it can be easily solved in some way, like you suggest..
New nests or less discomfort for the wasps regarding home or food sources.
Looking forward to reports of the Ants "Munching beer festival" ya.,.....lol.
7.8 is good considering everything @jjraakAfternoon campers

As for the dietary dilemma, are there any overlaps? Perhaps slightly easier for me in a way as many oncologists now feel lc/keto may starve the beast. Bottom line seems to be "they" don't actually know but that doesn't stop "them" spouting off as though assured by The Almighty. Every schmuck also "knows" a friend or relative who smoked 60 a day, drank like a fish, was the size of 2 houses etc and died peacefully in their sleep aged 198A more relaxing set of day of late

All the very best with the therapy. I worked my way through trauma with CBT - worth the anxiety and not as painful as I thought - at least for me. Bone food without too much compromise on looking after your diabetes - calcium (seeds like poppy, sesame, celery, and chia. Cheese, yoghurt, sardines, lentils), vit D and K I guess and throw in some magnesium, zinc ( beef, prawns, spinach, flaxseeds, pumpkin seed and of course oysters) and some essential fatty acid (chia, walnuts, flax seeds). Here are some soup ideas - https://www.tarladalal.com/recipes-... bone health, recipe and broccoli broth recipe.Afternoon campers

Oh the excitement, the excitement - can they afford the fuel to delivery it at speed!Fbg 6.5
I tried my idea of hanging the meat cat food on the trees at the end of the garden to lure the wasps away from the cat food. I felt like the Pied Piper of Wasps. The wasps were instantly interested...
By and large it kept the bulk of wasps away from the swing.
I did put some more wet cat food outside for the cats at dusk, but there were still a few wasps about. The ginger cat came rushing in to get some. And Jade waited her turn.
A few minor crises yesterday. One was the toilet seat fittings to hold it in place broke. It is a raised toilet seat. And of all times to break when I am expecting my visitors midweek. I go on Amazon. "You have 53minutes and 5 seconds to order to get this order...."
To many to choose from, no time to read. It was shut eyes and pin the donkey time. It was one over £20 and it was free delivery. But in the basket it was now under £20. "You need to choose £1 and somethings worth of goods to get free delivery" I shoot back to the original page for the toilet seat and it now says these fantastic discounts and it's cheapest this toilet seat has ever been. Go back to basket. "You have 33 minutes and 1 second..." Noooooo. Time is racing. I need a squeegee, a small one. Too many on the page again. Under £3, I put in filters...pin the donkey again...go to basket. Press the final button. I had just made it...
Life is too exciting...
Creative this morning, shoot the Laboscope App into the sun again...
And guess what price that same toilet seat is this morning? It has now gone up to £28....it's £10 more.
I don't think I can take any more excitement...
Hot cuppa tea needed. The little birdies are all still here, I just don't have time to watch...

Blooming heck - probably had her tyres changed by someone enthusiastically using air tools. I usually go for tight and then listen for a squeak. Not as much fun as repairing a split track in three feet of waterGood afternoon ladies and gentlemen and all who bask in the delight of the goings on in the insular village of Westminster.

I am surprised they can afford to deliver stuff @dunelmOh the excitement, the excitement - can they afford the fuel to delivery it at speed!. Wasp factory wars and a smashing shoot the sun kaleidoscope- what fun.
I absolutely love the way you have used colouring in this drawing @dunelmGood morning everyone from the long ‘tidy up’ and ‘sorting out’ in the garage and shed up here in the dark and dangerous north.
Life is like a box of old motorcycle parts - you never know what you will find and it can distract you for hours when you are supposed to be doing the ‘keep, sell, charity shop, bin’ shuffle to the sound of a Lonnie Donegan song. On pause this morning as it’s farmers market and then something about a bicycle ride this afternoon.
Art bit - some colouring in. Hope everyone has a good Saturday - or whatever day you wish to call it - add a pronoun if you like. I shall have delicious koffy.

Thanks @ianpspursMorning all on another Sunny Suffolk day. Pleasantly warm yesterday as JKP put her tricycle together - long story involving busy children. To say she was mighty pleased with her work is a massive understatement. Plenty of sport to watch today, especially rugby. I do feel real concern that my entertainment can cost the players so much in so many sports. I pray the money and rules men can do a better job now so much evidence is in the public domain. @gennepher good news on the wasp diversion working and amazing deals on Amazon. Thanks for the creative. @dunelm thanks for the art and have fun at the farmers market. Short arms and deep pockets needed at those places. I assume this warmer spell isn't your cup of tea or koffy. Early tip run here with No 3 son to do the lifting then sport, fluids and plotting my way through the minefield of "healthy/helpful" eating versus aversion to far too many of God's gifts. Enjoy your day safely and with respect for the rest of creation - sadly missing in @Jojo85 's part of Australia and often in @gennepher 's locale.
