I think Mr K deserves a gold star. I was moaning about how much time it took every time a class member asked me how many holidays had they used from their holiday allowance. When i got back last night he had devised a system that meant it only took about 10 seconds to check how many they had taken. Brilliant - it will save me so much time.

Good to hear from you but not good to read of the bureaucratic hassles stopping your not at all small acts of kindness in what must seem like an otherwise very cruel world for your guests.. My SIL was given calcium and vitamin D tablets to encourage a broken wrist to heal...7.8 is good considering everything @jjraak
Yes research needed by you...eating for bone health first would be me, and then trying to accommodate for T2D. You never know, eating for bone health might surprise (in a good way hopefully).
