Creative...a spring green landscape painting of mine...and I tried it in a kaleidoscope....I quite like it.
Raining this morning so far...
Cold out...
Got some paperwork to solve...
Time for a long nap first...
Have a good day...

hm, not much difference in percentage scores which are of course subjective. I shall stick with, “but we have always made it like this” (head in sand).A cup of tea, anyone....
Money blog: The most complained-about broadband, TV and mobile providers named
Welcome to the Money blog, Sky News' consumer and personal finance hub. Today, our weekly Cheap Eats interview, the most complained-about broadband, phone and TV providers, what the interest rate cut means for you, and Citroen is heavily criticised for its "chaotic" mass recall.news.sky.com
Might be an uncooperative liver dumping glycogen as soon as you wake.11.2 this morning - shocking!! I can't really understand why - dinner was lower carb than it could have been (cauliflower rice instead of basmati), and I didn't have an evening snack. Maybe it's the "feeling off" - still not at my best.

Like .May you journey calmly through the day even if the ground is uneven
I gave you a winner, but I would really have liked to have given you a hug as well.A hug for the hassle of all that @gennepher .
Something I fear is only going to simply increase with time.
Almost lost track of the apps if have had to use to get similar type forms regarding appointments etc
One has to fear for those less tech-able or phobic, who will be finding themselves corralled into using a system they simply won't be able to cope with.
I may have mentioned, while no tech whizz kid, I can & did use computers and forms quite capably prior to accident .
But since have had some issues, and currently being assessed to see if there's an underlying reason .
Some of thrse parties are experienced in dealing with people with my difficulties.
( One aspect is I find myself completely overwhelmed & stressed at times, completing forms, or almost anything that presents the slightest difficulty on line.
Car tax, parking permit, are recent non medical examples )
It's been mentioned by me in several meetings I get over anxious, then tense, then abandon the attempt in frustration .
At which point I either breathe and go again another day if it's sufficiently important or all too likely store it in my mind fur later retrieval....then erase all memory of it ...DOH.
Only recalled when it's mentioned I haven't done it yet, and then it's a rinse & repeat of the above scenario ....with similar results.
An example is one of my more recent forms was an excel form regarding my mental outlook, mood, etc
It ran to over a 100 lines of cells with compulsory options/questions to complete with explanation or yes,/no for each line.
Now given I don't have an editable excel on my laptop & excel is an £80 purchase, it left me using my mobile to fill in the cells .
Scrolling left to right, ( document was wide as well as long )
Editing my replies, I managed to delete cells randomly & in frustration ended up saving it 3 or 4 times in tattered portions with cells deleted in error on the document before abandoning the attempt completely.
Seems it's critical to my appointment so the lady at pals stepped up and was an absolute angel
Sent over a word doc I could see on the laptop, edit & save.....bingo .
I'm no technophobe but I do struggle more, and that was sent by a party that was & should have been aware people coming to it might not have the right state of mind for such mental gymnastics.
How on earth my mum or dad if left alone could have coped with that, or much of the procedures as you point out, god only knows .
I fear many will rightly feel abandoned as the hand over to a stuttering 'information' access system continues at pace.
I'd liken it to the spread of pay & display parking apps (of which each borough seems to have it's own preferred app you have to download)
For those unaware, many complain they can't park in London because they are not comfortable using banking apps or parking apps or even using a smartphone (a lot of elderly drivers I'd imagine)
They are having to abandon the idea of driving somewhere in London & parking up, simply because there is no other option if you want to park your car in the majority of locations.
I think the word that applies to them & far too many as this & various incarnations of a wobbly version of AI interaction is rolled out covering every facet of life is 'ostracized '....and that group is growing by the day.
Oh wow, brilliant detail for a postcard. You give me an idea by saying the size, what is attainable within that size frame so to speak @dunelmGood morning everyone on a spectacularly quiet start here in the dark and dangerous north. 5.6 this a.m. I am not keeping up with posts at present, oh woe is me. Another first for five year old Girl In The Bubble yesterday who not only walked the 1.5 miles into town for a toasted muffin at her favourite cafe (can 5 year olds have such things as favourite cafes?) but walked back as well. Discussions on the way into town included vowel sounds and the correct way of greeting day one of the month; White rabbits, rabbits rabbits or pinch punch - her firm view was either a, none, it’s silly or b, white rabbits (so there we are). Favored game on the return was “can you say (insert a ward)” - they play it at school I think. Also, what is a pugilist (no mimicking Chris Eubank) and what is a funambulist (supplementary questions later about why so much Latin). Funicular it seems can also be pronounced funicliar if you are 5 (she knows what a funicular is as we have one in town). No idea about today but we are promised a bit of sunshine to warm our bones. Art bit - some trees on a postcard size slice of watercolour paper. May you journey calmly through the day even if the ground is uneven. I will calmly drink some koffy and think about strange but true rugby scores.
Of Course there's an underlying reason, The sheer volume of us having to deal with AI when people of our age, most likely did not have the training because we were not in jobs that required computer work, and so we haven't developed that knowledge over a period of time. I had no idea of computer stuff until J died. And then I learnt with the aid of people online. My best friend D (same age is me ,) has no idea of one end of a computer to another. She cannot even turn one on. But we have had these AI systems thrust on us to such a degree and, in a non-computer language, they need to marry with each other.
I am working through some courses in AI at the moment because my knowledge is woefully inadequate.
I work in particular with one AI bot. I need it to help me with my lack of knowledge on a lot of things and it saves me a lot of time. It is not always correct and I pull it up when it is incorrect, and I have never known a bot apologise so profusely when it gets it wrong
described last night in the early hours of this morning with all the stuff I had to do, as being in tears tearing my hair out totally overawed, and drowning in inefficient AI technology, that no one appears to check if it is working with the next thing in their system. Well I was, but all that was taking place in a separate room in my head, Which is kept locked... Thus enabling me stoically to work back and forth within these two AI things on the hospital site which were not complying with each other
I gave you a win for the tenacitySo in my locked room in my head, I have a hammer attacking my iPad... It is a crazy room... But it leaves me with a calm, cool collected mind on what I need to do.
Thank you @jjraak and yes, so inquisitive and inventiveLike .
Loving the interaction with GitB.
How inquisitive & inventive they are at that age.
What lovely memories she's going to have of growing up, bless her.
Painting once again very effective & catches the imagination nicely .
Enjoy the koffee, well earned I say
Thank you @gennepher and hope your idea blossoms into something wonderfulOh wow, brilliant detail for a postcard. You give me an idea by saying the size, what is attainable within that size frame so to speak @dunelm
