I use speech to text. My arthritis does not allow me to type fast enough. But the thing is my voice is good enough (as a deaf person, I have good speech) for it to recognise, exactly what I said in the first place because it writes it correctly in the first place. It is not as simple as turning off autocorrect/predictive text. This is more complicated than that. It depends on which app I use, because each app is configured differently with speech to text. For example, this diabetes site does one lot of things with my speech to text , and on another site where I do replies to, it does something completely different to what I actually said. And so on. I am currently working with ChatGPT, on all the different things I can do for the iPad, and then a whole set of different things to do for android...Isn't there any way to turn off the autocorrect/predictive text function? At least my PC doesn't do it and the mistakes are all my own.
gone off dogs for some reason!5.5 this morning.
We are off to the Goat Shed this morning as part of Bonnie's training to be calm and sit still when in new places. It has an outdoor area at the cafe for dogs and we are going early when there are not too many people around.
We have never been there before. The farm shop is supposed to be really good.
Am not surprised @Lamont D . The dog bite sounds like it is still very painful. Have just seem your post.gone off dogs for some reason!

Interesting landscape...Good morning everyone on a wonderfully quiet start to the day here in the dark and dangerous north.

Good meet up with class of 82 veterans yesterday despite hold ups (2) on the train journey there.
Today, this morning, we are off to Windermere for a couple of days - I am packing a bag - Mrs Miggins packed about a week ago - very odd.
Art bit - just a quick sketch.
Hope your day is peaceful, best make some koffy
I wonder why?gone off dogs for some reason!
It is a shame when something like that happens @Lamont DNot really tho, it is painful and limping around frustratingly.
But I can't blame the dog in the end.
If the dog was intent, his jaw would have locked, it didn't bite down or grip!
Jokingly, he was hungry, and my feet were there!
Taking the mutt to the vets tomorrow, for testing for mange!
I have apologised.
Just one of those things @Krystyna23040
That's what we said when Archie "bit" a man outside his house. If a rottweiler (x lab) meant to bite, his jaws would do a lot of damage. That didn't save him however and the police insisted he was put down. He was supposed to be an Alsatian lab cross when they bought him but as he grew he very clearly was a rottweiler cross, but actually a very nice dog.Not really tho, it is painful and limping around frustratingly.
