What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

Blue Moon has risen. Joy of Joys. So many hard years of nothing and now our cup overfloweth. Tears of joy. Tears for the fans I knew who never saw this day.

Back on the A27 road, the Amex today at 14.30, strangely quiet, wind must have been otherwise or the Brighton fans were distracted. Respect to Liverpool and every best wish for the CL final in Madrid.

Got home, after a few gins last night and a Starbucks sandwich today at lunchtime, BG 8.3 mmo/lt today. Having a glass of wine now, might be a gin or two later.

May your dreams, too, come true.

Congratulations on the title but I beg to differ about the CL final outcome

Today marks 16 months without drinking a drop of alcohol or any kind of wine. Six months of eating 7 fruits & vegetables a day, 10 glasses of water, no carbs or red meat, and 8 hours of sleep a night. The change in my body & mind have been fantastic ! I feel great, I lost weight, & my way of thinking is very positive. I am planning to keep this up because I choose to. I exercise every day.
I have no idea whose post this is, but I was happy for them, so I copied & pasted it.

I see you are an expert hacker young man. What other secrets of mine have you purloined you bounder?

I am reminded by your post of a Time magazine article in which a doctor described the arteries of an 88 year-old deceased woman as showing reduced function , perhaps due to a rich diet which included butter..

Time magazine printed a letter, in response, wondering "did the lady enjoy her 88 years?"

No you won’t like the answer - she said amongst other amusing observations that 30g fibre a day is a completely arbitary number. But you saw the link so I expect you already know.

Alright for you but there was a Liverpool fan and a Man City fan in my front room I'm married to the City fan and father to the Liverpool fan .

Official HBa1c and other random tests results tomorrow. Bizarrely I’ve still got the bruise. I’ll get good girl points I hope spreadsheets printed since November. They started with blood readings and now have a series of intermingled info.

That is a wonderful card! Funny for we who remember that commercial.
The flowers are ordinary hyacinths, a dime a dozen in white, pink, lilac... but YELLOW! I've never seen that before and now I want a whole yard full.

5.67 (102 mg / dl) .... my lowest ever fasting number since monitoring began late last year .....

Congratulations and cartwheels with sparklers on my feet for you!
