What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

Cool. Thank you.
Back in 1970 I knew a man who rode a BMW. It had a horizontal engine. Really good-looking bike!

Those are beautiful.
Are they two churches in the parish? or two parishes?

Glad the kittens found new Mahomes for Kitten Bowl

Hey I know the thread is mostly about FBG but after a challenging lunch out I am currently 4.4 one finger, repeat second finger 4.8. OMG this just doesnt happen to me. Just had to tell y’all. Was it because I have had 2/3 days of happiness?

Yay! 2/3 days of happiness can do us a lot of good -- and even more if coming on a steady routine such as you seem to follow on a regular basis. Hooray for happiness!

I love both of those @Muddy Cyclist. Both are atmospheric.

My spires would be wonkier!

This was yesterday in my MIL garden, could not believe my eyes, open daffodils..... youcan see them in bottom I have then cropped into them, amazing.

You asked about two churches, they are two different villages, from this view point they look very close. They are on either side of the River Maulne and about 400 metres apart.

Just spotted this - fabulous! And yes happiness is paying off I reckon. Well done!

Thank you.
Lovely villages and daffodils!

Don’t beat yourself up about it though, 5.8 is a good fasting reading and and within range for the unseen chemical factory.

Good morning everyone from the dark and dangerous north.

The wonder wheel of late Sunday lunches in the pub and explaining to the staff that chips are also made of potatoes and bye the way hold the gravy came in at 4.5 this a.m.

Out walking yesterday morning, a little chilly willy so thicker gloves and a ganzy. Lots of snowdrops bursting out of the woodlands

Granddaughter decided on a stop over last night so Mrs Miggins will be up soon to take her back home. It’s her birthday today, Mrs Miggins that is, so a table booked at a nearby eatery. I say nearby, 16 miles as the crow barks, but always a decent meal.

Have a great day if you can, koffy calls.

Good morning each and every one of you wonderful people. 5.4 fbg which would obviously work much better in reverse but there would be no sermon then. Before all the testing, posting here, reading about T2 and consuming youtube experts I would have been quite happy if offered my current "dashboard of health" - minus bladder cancer obviously. Were I not testing and reading about keto I would also be quite happy eating mostly salad. This forum has introduced me to amazing people and made me appreciate how blessed I am and have been throughout my life. @dunelm wish Mrs Miggins happy birthday and pass on my admiration for her. I am certain she must be very wise, patient and loving as are all those who have wilful pedigree livestock. @alf_Josiah keep making those playthings it is your gift so use it well. @karen8967 great start to the week. Leviticus 19 is a sharp contrast with the confected culture wars of today but 1 Timothy 1 1-17 shows just how much God's grace can make the most savage Leopard change its spots.
