What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

Not hate but very sceptical of those art critics who tell me there are all sorts of hidden meanings which I just don't see however hard I try. Second only to wine connoisseurs and food critics who invent tastes and smells which just aren't there. Alternative truths long before Kellyanne Conway and co.
Food critics - if I don’t like it, I don’t eat it.
Wine connoisseurs - if I don’t like it, I don’t drink it.
Art critics - if I don’t like it, I go and look at something else.
Cigar sommelier - what’s the point?
Tea and koffy tasters - well, OK.

She needed the money and found a good agent, I can't stand watching nothing she is involved in. :)
For some strange reason Julie wants to watch things other than sport. Worse still, she likes us to be in the same room sometimes without me watching sport on phone or tablet:arghh:. Nightmare while all the work was being done. Gym still not empty so unusable but exercise is ok in another room:woot:

Well my GPS tells me my bike ride was 3 hours 44 minutes and I was moving for 3 hours 11 minutes at an average speed of 13 mph. Maths no up to mentally calculating the distance covered but I must have been flying on the down hills because the ups were certainly that fast. :)

Celandine all flowering along Mill stream banks and a ploughed file gave me some ideas for some negative painting to show off the blossom, sketches to follow.

Had to ride between harvested pine trees, lumberjacks were not happy with me.....

Then passed some old shooting butts from when Cannock Chase was used by MOD.

Forest fire from a year ago recovering although sometrees looking weak and falling.

Then Eye Candy, I was the only customer and looked at many E bikes and stopped for a Cuppa, coffee, great ride.

I now have to cut next door neighbours lawns, forgotten how as we don't have lawns on our property, wish me luck.

In general there is 0 advantage to being a grown up but point 1 nails it - along with choosing your own clothes and bedtime.

What a great way to spend 3 hours and 44 minutes - good set of photos - spring on the move, never mind the grumpy lumberjacks - they’re OK, they sleep all night and they work all day.....hope the burned trees survive.

Well. Hello Blighty. Made super time and landed 55 minutes ahead of the last time I posted here. Another long range bizjet landed right before us and those occupants were helicoptered away somewhere.

Said goodbye to a fab crew and reality has rearrived back, with a bang. Not so bad. At least they offered to drive me home or to Reading station but this is just dandy. First Class off-peak single will do me!

Reading here I come.

Gorg photos! That's about 40 miles all told. I'd be knackered...

Btw, that's a serious pedalling machine you've got there...
