What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

An awful few months.

Me & Lauren are well, thank you.

But one neighbour has the entire neighborhood up in arms with her antics.

(The one who smashed our windows last Christmas)
Had us all in a state of seige like mentality.

Police and ambulance finally arrive yesterday to remove her, hopefully we thought for a long enough session in a mental hospital getting her fit to rejoin society.

Sadly seems she's back after one nights peace for everyone..
I really feel for you and Lauren @jjraak
I was at the receiving end of something in my last place, which had gone on for some years despite injunctions, mediators, and more...he got locked away in a mental hospital which I understood was to be forever, but I knew he'd get out, and so I sold my house immediately he got locked up. I left virtually everything behind because I couldn't bear to take it with me. I still get nightmares....

It seems to me that you need to move away. That's not fair I know.... and he did get out although it was a few years later... and he's back to living in his old house, next door to where I used to live... and the nightmares began again even though I have moved.... I will only feel free once I see his death certificate and I check for that periodically... but I think you would be free once you move away from that location.... you can take a court case out... costly I know, but if she keeps breaking injunctions, legal action will be taken eventually, but it will take some time. I always stick things out, but sometimes, that is in my case, it is wisest to run.

In the meantime, you're very much in my thoughts, and I sincerely hope for a successful outcome....

Good morning everyone. It is Thanksgiving so a very quiet day here. Turkey and pumpkin pie are trending, houses have been decorated externally and internally with Christmas trees for some time. God bless those who would ultimately lay down their lives for us: #grateful. @gennepher thank you for sharing the art throughout this clearing and tidying. I gave a winner today as despite the tiredness you obtained the eye meds and found reasons why Amazon may not operate optimally at weekends. Y'all have a great day.

7.9 at 02.55 today. Still in the 7's by my 2nd awakening at 06.00.

Legs bandaging day today. Drizzle and a bit breezy but not too bad. Cold though. The storm is just arriving here at the moment - heavy rain and wind building now. It's been dark all day. House feeling cold despite heating being on. Why does 18C feel chilly inside when it would feel balmy outside?

I just collapsed into the big chair when I got back from town and just dozed for 3 hours - couldn't wake myself up properly - just woke and had a cup of tea to warm and wake myself up.

Hug for feeling cold and the impending - probably there by now - storm. As for the highlighted, obviously people have different ideas of balmy - mine says that is about 10C below balmy. Take care, hydrate, layer up and take all the rest you need. Obviously none of that applies to me personally :D

18C is balmy up here in the far north, Ian. There are years when temperature doesn't get above 15 or 16C here. At 18C I can even go outside without a big jumper or jacket. Doesn't happen very often.

I get it Ann - I'm just not made for anything other than summer. I think the clue was being born virtually Midsummer's Day
