Thank all for the birthday wishes just had a quiet day in today as moved my little celebration a day forward so as grandson could join in with my little carb fest, as Saturday is the only day of the week he will eat anything with carbs in at all.

6.5 early this morning...but I am finding that if I check again a couple of hours alter it's up around 8-8.5. Brutal tactics are called for..but I cannot be ar@'d.

Is this an OK place to ask when it will drop more, or if it ever will? It's always higher when I wake up, my lowest was 7.8.
I'm not on meds, and I dont test regularly, once a week or so.
