K...cakes all done now...they will all be heading to our office tomorrow...put them all in the boot of the car to remove the temptation...these ones are flourless...70%chocolate...eggs & almonds...but have regular sugar in them...going to make some with a sugar substitute...low carb...see how they taste.

Theirs always a family member involved mines my hubby, but he's type2 also but only a year in so his insulin tolerance is better than mine 17 years on. But you enjoyed it and we all deserve a little leaway at times,I've still had the icecream with the berries after my evening meal so here goes tomorrow's BG ! K
 
Can I moan please my dad who plays at looking after himself eats everything, bread chips biscuits, etc. Drinks - he’s within 21 units per week! Had his results today cholesterol at 3 and Hba1c at 6.0 ( he’s 71) I’m 49, try my best to stick within a reasonable range at everything -don’t drink -would love those results !

@flexi06 it’s the same with me, wish I’d taken bg the first time when I got up for the loo. That’ll teach me.

@Bubbsie I used to be on call when I was at work too and don’t miss that part at all, but your morning bg is really good especially considering the extra stress that causes. Your cakes yesterday looked wonderful, hope they’re appreciated.

Well done on BG and baking. Do they go in the oven? You have to do the sugar free soon coz I need the recipe:)
