What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

good morning all

4.3 today

forecast says rain here for most of the day today and I'm off to the charity shop this morning, better take a coat with me

With luck there will be better weather for the classic car and motorcycle rally over in Tain tomorrow - sometimes the area they use for events ends up being a bit soggy

Morning all. Today I'm 6.1. A year ago I would worry about this as I kept regular 5's for a long while. Meanwhile my activity level's have gradually increased , I walk 10,000 steps + per day and I cycle a little every day, my carb intake has decreased, ( Maybe 30 grams per day). Today is however not a day for worrying.....
 
6.0 on the nose this morning, but I was celebrating last night

Journeying south today to catch up with an old friend, if the rain stops I might go and stare at the standing stones. Have a great weekend all
 
A jolly 5.6 this morning. Jolly because I was at a birthday celebration at the local cricket club where the usual buffet culprits were on parade.
I love peeling sausage rolls and stripping out pork pie. There were green things as well.

Oh I need to be invited to a party so I can do this! I do tell people that I still get my '5-a-day' by eating the things that eat the green things
