It’s a long time since I worked in such a place but in my day we used boxes of a syrup mix blended with a common supply of soda. The diet drinks were low calorie but came through the same pipes. I gave up Merlot some time ago. A good supply of Cabernet and Malbec helps with the withdrawal symptoms.Into my second week without Merlot God this is hard.

Completely understand why your fed up lets hope you get your mojo back soon.A generally rubbish day with a sore neck and face from my collapse. And my numbers have been all over the place, in the 4’s, in the 9’s - no reason I can think of for either. Went for a long jog - really slow but enjoyed it. Weather a bit cooler. Started to feel in control again. A bit. Going to have an early night and hope to feel a bit less low tomorrow. Sorry to be misery guts... I’ve just lost my mojo a bit.
