Trying to stay around the 11 stone mark. Eating when not particularly hungry. This LCHF diet really is incredible. I'm still amazed by it even after 7 months.

Morning...been busy busy busy elsewhere...decorating the house (myself) it's a long slow long painful process (that's the way I paint)...woke to a 6.1...I blame the heat it couldn't be anything to do with the crisps I ate yesterday.

So after a 1 am hypo at 2.3 I’m 7.4 this morning. One day I’ll get it right, you just think you’ve got you’re ratios right and something catches you out

I can eat the same carbs do the same thing every day and get different results, type 1 has a mind of its own lol.

Hi everyone I'm new to the forum and new to diabetes in general. February this year diagnosed at 11.4. Three months later 5.8 mostly because i was too afraid to eat. lol. Anyway was 5.9 this morning. I'm in Australia so getting on here.

5 this morning at 4:30, just before the gym.

5.7 at 6:40, just before breakfast. Cajun chicken breast, bacon and cheese.

5.6 at 8:40. Quite happy.
