    Had a late Dinner yesterday (almost 9pm) and it threw my routine and readings off. Back down to 5.2 2 hours after breakfast :cool:

    Hi mo53 ..i had relief from it when i was asleep ..unfortunately i suffer with cluster headaches since just before i was diagnosed in may and take tramadol for it but they aren`t working so well now
