    10.1 hmmm. Still insulin has been halved and I am feeling much better than when it was in the high teens:D

    8.2 today ....went to diabetic clinic yesterday reading was high so notice for work went in...finish in two weeks need get the level down ...was a reading of 70 never been that high before ...gulps

    We solved that buy moving from 12" to 10" plates, makes a real difference to how much you serve yourself.
