5.6, better than yesterday then even after another late dinner. I blame my kids me and the wife had to get out for a bit of peace and quiet...I did resist the creme brulee for desert though which was impressive

8.3 today and am wondering how do people work and control their blood sugars ? since I started work the levels have gone higher which is a pain .... maybe cos of my age but how do you all manage??
