What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

4.3 today

not a good night's sleep and I have to go get my eye screening done around lunchtime today.

Yesterday was a lovely sunny day but goodness it was windy! Pleasant walking providing you were wrapped up. Might treat myself to lunch out today after the eye clinic

Today I was greeted with a delicate 6.1

Yesterday I went to the diabetic clinic at my local hospital and saw the consultant, sitting in my session was a youngish dietitian who is specialising in diabetic kidney transplant patients, now I have had a liver transplant not kidney, but the overlap with regard to the effects of the medication must be large. I wish her well.

Well folks enjoy your day, today I shall pull faces at total strangers, be nice to bus drivers and mess up my music lesson. Yep must be Wednesday.
 
Morning All. A very disheartening 7.2 but terrible nights sleep again and knee still a bit inflamed and painful. Am being very careful with my food but it is what it is. Have put off my trip to Kent till Sunday so things need onstart moving along.
