Morning all. @karen8967 sorry to hear about your hypo.

FBG this morning was 4.2. It seems size/length (of sleep) in my case is not important, but the quality. Later to bed, just short of 5 hours deep sleep and feeling much more rested than from recent longer sleeps.

Tested an hour earlier than normal and got a 5.7 - but, I’m having cuddles with my little girl and watching Frozen before school so to be honest, it could have been anything today and I’d be happy

Despite my sherpas working hard I can only 95% agree with the 5.2 my meter offers. Still, no border down my sofa and resisted all cakes with cherries. @Fenn I think a little dance would fit here perfectly
