I get mine from medisave uk ltd. I find them very reasonable. Works out at just over £10 per test. You can get from Amazon and eBay and various other places (Google a1cnow and click on shopping option).

Not everyone knows yet. But if we keep mentioning it the word will spread. They do a pack of 20 for about £180. Works out cheaper still. Only one reader per pack so can't split up sadly.

Put him or her on conference call to @Debandez :angelic: Many of us would pay to see that

You do make me smile... a lot!

I thought my DN had disowned me after my long inquisitive email sent to her on 22nd! How happy was I to receive this today after I sent her a little reminder yesterday :-) I really am a nightmare!!! Dog with a bone. She is circulating our inspirational stories booklet, what have you eaten today low carb booklet, 1936 diabetes guidelines for diet (lchf) and 100 stone lost and kicked diabetes butt doc. I've asked for all 8 Drs, paramedic practitioners, DN x 4 and any other HCPs to see all info.

It's moving ahead, all be it slowly. Rome wasn't built in a day.

I'm chasing up a few things, info requested from my DN, the PR team from our Birmingham event and the team at DCUK. Once i have replies i will give all forum members an update.

Dear Debra

Thank you very much for your email and my apologies for such a late reply.

I did receive it thank you. If I have conveyed the wrong information I am also sorry. I meant that we would discuss your information at a clinical meeting and not for you to attend same - so sorry.

I know the documents are in the hands of Dr xxxxxxxx now who is going to read them- thank you as I passed them onto him today.

With regard to the diabetes patient meetings at Tesco – I’m sure we can support to advertise it, I know as a group it is run by patients for patients and I think it is advertised in local list and other magazines that are pushed through people’s doors.

I’ve copied our practice manager into this email with regard to advertising in our Adelaide street magazine.

Once I have some feedback with regard to your documents I will let you know

Kind regards

I think I would like you bigly. Good numbers by the way - celebrate with more tea:)

Ian,... tea is a very very dear subject close to my heart and indeed life is way to short for bad tea... I was rather concerned recently I had my gall bladder removed and I was off of tea for almost a month,... it was causing very serious concern

Bed early last night & wide awake before 4am...feel shattered...about to have coffee & snuggle down in the comfy chair unfortunately the dog got there first...I haven't the energy to move him...so plan B... a large dental chew thrown to the other end of the room should do it...woke to a 5.8
