Know your Enemy,every.5 mmol over what is considered good for t2 ( 4.6 to 8.6 after meal) will give consequences.

5.0 today

Have had some nice consistent starts, but it's only by running high at bedtime - 9 or 10. I've decided to add my bedtime Lantus (2 units) to the morning dose instead, to see if that stops me dropping so much overnight.

5.5 this morning is my lowest yet..something's working. Hopefully I have seen the back of the 8.5 starts I was getting pre LC diet. pretty much all always under 6.5 these days.

Morning all. 5.5 this morning which ( luckily for me) is about where it is every morning whether I've eaten late or had a beer. Does anyone else find this?

4.8 at 8am
was 13.9 at 12

7.4 at 5.53am
i can only get 2 hours sleep at a time. At least this time I didn’t wake up sweating buckets and destroying night shirts.
