Morning all. Very little sleep last night - cramps off and on.all night and finally gave in at 4.20am. BG 5.4 - doubtless the restless night as bed on 4.7.

It's nearly 2 am here and I haven't been able to sleep yet so I'm up wishing all of y'all a good morning. I hope I will get some sleep before it's time to test FBG later this morning.

Morning...awful drive to London yesterday...double the journey time...lots of communication mishaps...having lived in London for the majority of my time... I find it difficult to tolerate it for more than a couple of hours now...good luck for the op @Cumberland...woke to a 5.3

First off Good luck @Cumberland, had both my cataracts done and you will be fine, doesn't stop the nerves though. A rather foggy Morning (Again) here but a 5.1 greeted me this morning which was nice. When the storm/strong winds hit be careful everyone.

@Cumberland wishing you all the best for your cataract operation - looks like you’ve had encouraging advice though from others who have had it - its clearly more common in diabetics - sending hugs.
@Goonergal sorry to hear about cramps and hope it resolves soon sending hugs to you too.
