I realize that 4 inside isn't the same as 23 outside but you are welcome to some of this sunshine. I'm just hoping the groundhog and the birds are wrong and that spring isn't going to start this early. It's barely February.

But I would take the beaches if they included an ocean, even at a 7 tonight!

Morning...no idea what's going on with 'Madam' the last week or so...got myself in the 8's yesterday...7's the day before now regularly in the high 6's...can't identify any particular reason for the rise...had lower numbers at Christmas when I was carb loading...some revision to do today...woke to a 6.6 at 02:30 back to bed...up at 6am to a 6.1
