What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Well at last some time to post.... Had some catching up to do to see how you all are doing.

I will just list the last few days here.
4th 4.8 5th 5.1 6th 4.8 7th 6.0 Today 5.4

I need to get up earlier to allow myself time to post here.

Thank you @Viv19 @poemagraphic and @philchap1 for the good luck wishes regarding my trip to the hospital yesterday. It all went well and I have worked out a plan of action with my consultant. Feeling positive for the first time in ages - it's going to take a while but consultant sees no reason why I should not be enjoying a more active life very soon in the future.
