5.1 for me today folks, been getting some 4.5-5's lately whilst I have been up North in Newcastle and that was eating more than I usually would strangely enough. Was a lovely trip though to see some old friends and it was nice not to see my bloods spiking too much either!

I cannot shake this cold ️ and it's playing havoc with my levels. Almost no carb yesterday and it's still 7.7 this morning ... what's a girl to do?

Thank you @Viv19 @poemagraphic and @philchap1 for the good luck wishes regarding my trip to the hospital yesterday. It all went well and I have worked out a plan of action with my consultant. Feeling positive for the first time in ages - it's going to take a while but consultant sees no reason why I should not be enjoying a more active life very soon in the future.

Annoying that it goes up. But it is to do with bad sleep and stress. Nevertheless morning number is lower than recent days. So not too unhappy.
