What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

A quite swimmingly 4.7 came up for me today, was pushing 4.3 post postprandial last night too which surprised me after quite a bit of salmon.

Thank you for good wishes, folks. Have been out and about in fresh air, and avoiding food. Hoping meter will be kinder after fasting.

Oh dear, another one for the sick bay. Flu is bad enough, but add in vertigo, poor you. You must feel so ill. Take it easy and get well soon.
 
5.3 this morning, a lot better than yesterday’s 6.8 thanks to a good long walk and almost omad.
Off to the PHC conference in London now, looks like being an interesting and informative day, will meet up with others from the forum too.
