What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

good morning all :)

4.9 today

the sun is out which is nice :) and hopefully I will get some time outside today having most of the day yesterday inside. Mr gee took his mum's dog for a nice long walk yesterday and normally I would have been along too ;)

last night before bed : 5.5. One of the lowest readings in a while.

6.3 this morning. Not bad and not unhappy but was expecting (hoping rather!) that it would be below 6!!! But alas...

Anyway Sunday.... so probably some chores, some garden maintenance, some shopping.

6.7 this morning. Haven’t taken metformin since last Tues so I’m wondering if thats the reason its higher than normal.
Didn’t deliberately stop, I just forgot to bring them with me from Cornwall. I have asked my GP for another prescription but wont be able to collect til Monday. I think if bg settles I might not bother to take them, but if it doesn’t come back down to 5s in a few days I will carry on with them. I was only talking 1 500mg a day so can’t imagine it was making a huge difference.
